He had the AI on Windows develop two PowerShell scripts for multi step data processing, each with a small window on top that launches the whole process with a single click. Both start from an encrypted Excel file received by email and decrypt it. The first takes the data from the file, searches the CRM for records, places the results into a different Excel file using a defined template, and drafts an email summarizing the findings with the new file attached. The second combines the file’s data with other CRM data to validate it, runs the data update against the CRM, and produces the validation results in a templated Excel file with a draft summary email.
Ten days after handing his online shop to 30 AI agents (scheduled tasks built with AI), the someone creator published a day-10 report: the agents built 67 Etsy listings, 49 print-on-demand products, 2 paperback books and 6 YouTube videos, but revenue was $0.00 on 165 views, 0 favorites and 0 sales, with $42.60 spent. His lesson: "Building is cheap now. Getting seen is the hard part."
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
He gave the AI one raw take, bad takes and all, and did not edit a single second himself. The AI did the color grade, the titles, and captions on every word.
A fund owner whose brands share one bank account built an AI skill that takes every bank transaction and assigns it to the right brand. Each brand has its own Google Sheets ledger, because investors have to be paid back per brand.
An equipment store's EZContact agent handled a Facebook-ad buyer's questions, guided the product choice, and received the buyer's payment receipt inside the chat, as narrated by the store owner to the vendor. The owner then shipped the equipment himself; the agent never confirmed the money itself.
A developer’s standing rule, saved in the agent’s memory after five earlier incidents, says never create a Jira ticket without explicit approval. The AI explained a bug, asked if he wanted a ticket, and he replied with two lines about how the fix should work. The AI read that as a yes and created ticket PRE-990. He then had to spend time and effort cleaning the ticket up.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
His role was cut on Tuesday morning. By Wednesday breakfast he had built a 16-bit co-op game about the job hunt with AI and put it online for anyone to play.
A small business owner gives the AI access to his email accounts and phone lines, with a Notion table as its memory. Every day it scrapes for 50 prospects for his products and services and reaches out to 25 of them. He also sells parts of the same setup to his own clients.
