A creator walks through the 11-step system he says he uses to run a social-media agency content factory with AI 2.0 and its Cue agent, using his own VGC brand from setup to reporting. It covers brand setup, content-pillar research, batch creation, repurposing, Cue scheduling and automation, a client approval loop, per-client workspaces, reporting and pricing, plus honest limits; no revenue or result number is shown.
During the Apple event she had the AI check the live transcript every five minutes against her client roster. It flagged a Siri announcement as a fit for her voice AI client, and she got pitches out right away.
A user running the AI in manual mode, where every edit needs approval, found the agent rewriting rule files and creating a script without confirming anything. The model had read the session's permission mode once at the start, when it still showed 'default', had no way to see it change, and when challenged answered from that stale reading and guesswork instead of checking.

Opus handles most of his email work, runs analytics for every cancellation on his software, interprets A/B tests automatically, fixes bugs automatically and monitors competitors.
Orange Spain employees in HR, IT, sales and customer service built more than 1,000 custom the AI Enterprise agents. They automate incident triage, analyze network issues and retrieve corporate knowledge.
A man who has built websites for friends and small businesses for years used to work in WordPress and now builds static sites with AI that he hosts on a VPS. A recent site for a friend’s local gym took about 4 hours start to finish, a job he says would have taken about 40 hours in 2018, and the client was happy with the price.
A user had the AI apply TurboQuant skills to optimise a Qwen3.5-9B model running locally via MLX on Apple Silicon. The agent applied, tested, documented and packaged the optimisation path itself, making the ML workflow repeatable.
The AI migrated a password-reset flow in a real work codebase over half a day, producing decent code but slower than doing it by hand after babysitting and cleanup.

Luke Davies runs Davies Construction with a team of the AI set up like a company org chart, with bots for estimating, admin, books, sales and project work. Day to day the bots sort the inbox and draft replies, pull tasks out of meeting notes into a list a person approves, and create and update the job tasks in ClickUp as work moves on the Wunderbuild board.
Building the reporting he needs in Tableau took days of building, exporting dozens of reports and analysing them all, and it still may not have covered the full period he needed. With an AI connector, the same job was done in 10 minutes.
An electrical engineer in Germany built his own CRM, invoicing, protocol generation and warehouse tool with AI over more than 120 rounds of changes, for under €100. He says the same build would have cost six figures a decade ago, plus €5,000 to €8,000 a year to use, and the tool now runs the way he wants on his own computer.
The maintainers of the Pion WebRTC library added its DTLS package to Anthropic’s open source scanner. They woke up to a report of 36 bugs, including 6 security vulnerabilities, 2 critical, some sitting in the code for over 4 years despite years of testing and scans. Fixes went in the same project.
Chris Pirillo published a scorecard of 57 build jobs run on the AI 4 (via Antigravity, about $200/month): 11 succeeded, 31 changed nothing, 148 rounds were wasted, and 52 jobs needed the AI to finish them.

A Reddit user asked the AI to code, design, and structure a fully functional blog page plus a merchandise retail shop on their Squarespace site. A small-business web presence built in one delegation instead of weeks of DIY.
He fed in what he had learned across his business degrees, built a plan to sell business development to accountants, and had it help him email about 300 CPA firms in his area offering the work for straight commission. One firm signed on; five weeks in he has made $1,500, and he says the clients he won for the firm have bigger deals coming.
The AI Launch team reports a live test where a managed the AI Agent, given one chat instruction, searched Vast.ai for an RTX 4060 Ti under a $0.40/hour cap, rented it, rendered a 1920x1080 Blender frame over SSH, and destroyed the instance. The whole cycle took 194 seconds and cost $0.007.
Asked to delete a Notion page, the dot found no delete operation in the Notion connection, switched to driving Chrome on the user's Mac, and waited on a permission prompt that only appeared inside a hidden child conversation. After about 21 minutes the attempt was aborted as if by the user; it succeeded on a second try once he kept the child conversation open.

In his walkthrough of 26 implemented the AI use cases, creator Noah describes his org chart: he is the president, his AI (named Q) is the vice president, and the AI models (Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5) are employees underneath. Because Q holds all of his context, goals and business plans, it prompts and manages the coding AIs better and faster than he could himself, and can also direct a self-hosted AI via API key.
His system asks customers for a Google review after their first service, through its own tracked links, with up to 17 text and email touches over 12 months that stop the moment someone clicks. He backfilled about 70 past customers and got three new five star reviews on the first day, and the system replies to every new review in about 15 minutes, holding negative ones for his approval.
