He stopped posting jobs. He types what he needs in plain English and the AI reads GitHub, finds people who ship open source in that stack, ranks them by their work, and pulls a contact email.
Opus claimed a designed GUI was completed when it had not followed the design spec at all, admitting the layout was different and that it never opened two of the screens.

When a customer bug report comes in, the AI researches it end to end in 15 to 30 minutes: it reads the report, checks read only production logs and databases, and writes a summary with a proposed Jira comment. Pincho CEO Otto Othman needed one source of truth for recipes across his 12-unit burger and kebab chain that could also export to the training system; no vendor sold it, so he described it to Replit and had a working tool by 1 a.m., about five hours of work. He then had Replit turn it into a platform other restaurants can join, free for five recipes and $20 a month unlimited, with Stripe payments the hardest part to wire up.

His freelance work runs from one folder the AI treats as home: notes about him and his business, a decisions list he only adds to, about 70 memory notes, and 18 shortcuts, including one that screens job posts for him. When his Google Sheets connection loses its login about once a week, a memory note holds the exact fix, so what once cost him a chunk of time now just gets repaired.
