Fix my website's two-click subscribe button

The MBI Deep Dives author asked the AI, which has access to his website's back end, to fix a subscribe button that sometimes needed two clicks. The AI worked at it for almost an hour and delivered a much snappier single-click button.

One HQ chat runs my two channels, five platforms and three SEO projects

A creator documents the system his content business actually runs on: a main the AI chat ('HQ') dispatches jobs to director chats for two YouTube channels, posts on five social platforms and three SEO projects — 66 jobs and 195 chats on his board — with state in files, job cards and evidence receipts, a second AI reviewing everything before it posts, and 59 scheduled tasks doing the posting and merging. One traced job went from a radar-flagged topic to posts live on all five platforms, three hours late after Chrome dropped, with every URL logged.

My bot sent 100 follow ups to stalled customers. One became a $2,000 sale.

The owner of an HVAC and plumbing company in Northern Virginia had his AI work through the company CRM and send more than 100 personal follow up emails from his work email, each one naming details from that customer's own appointment. Replies came in the same day. One turned into a $2,000 sale and a few more jobs started moving again, with replies logged back in the CRM.

Meeting transcripts become Slack recaps, and the AI offers to take his tasks on

His meetings are recorded with Fireflies. On a set routine, the AI takes each transcript and posts a Slack recap to everyone who was in the meeting, with the action items and who owns each one. A second routine scans his meetings for tasks that fall to him and works out which ones the AI could do instead, then offers to run them in separate sessions.

Six single-job agents run his Threads; the writer may only use numbers from one file

A Japanese Threads creator split his account's operation into six AI agents with one deliverable each (researcher, writer, poster, fetcher, analyst, supervisor) and reports 1,181+ posts and over 10 million cumulative impressions. The writer agent may only cite numbers stored in a single 'truth file' so it cannot inflate results, the poster must confirm the published URL rather than the button click, and the fetcher records 'not retrieved' instead of zero when a fetch fails.
