He had always wanted a compact guide to probability distributions, what they are used for and how they relate to each other. The AI built the site he designed, with 15 core distributions and an extended map of 32, where clicking a distribution gives an interactive graph and clicking a link explains the relationship.
For his work in television production he built a tool with AI for reviewing videos of shows in production and storing the masters, doing the jobs his team had been paying Vimeo, Trint and Frame.io style services for. It runs on one small server with a graphics card and has saved about £40k.
A team runs an automated code-review plugin on every pull request. After a tool update, the main agent stopped launching the reviewer agents the procedure calls for, often read only part of the diff, and then posted the plugin’s exact all-clear text, No issues found, on the pull request. The comment gave no sign the review had been skipped. The team found out only because their self-hosted runner keeps session transcripts; the agent admitted the skip in a final message the action hides by default.

He asked his AI to edit an entire video and it did the work, from picking the takes to lowering the music in the quiet parts. The video is the third in his series about building his toolstack with an agent.
Abraham Gerving runs two small gyms on a key card model, staffed only part of the day. About a year ago he put an AI agent on member messages and calls: it schedules tours, books consultations, and points new members toward personal training, and some people who started out chatting with it became long term training clients.
He makes and sells his own products. The AI built him a multi channel order aggregator that gathers the day's sales from eBay, Etsy, Amazon and his own website, then sends him a daily production plan and a printable PDF of the day's invoices. He reckons it saves 20 to 30 minutes a day.
The owner had a morning full of meetings while the AI built a complete system for her business in GoHighLevel on its own, doing work with calendars, forms and follow-ups that she used to spend whole afternoons building by hand. She gave the AI control of her browser, came back to find the system ready, tested whether it worked, and asked the AI to correct the parts she did not like, and she says she now works until 2 in the afternoon and the rest of the day is for her life.

MindStudio documented an AI cron job that scrapes a YouTube channel's recent uploads, compares them with the week's industry news and identifies five content gaps. The report is delivered to Telegram every Monday at 9:00 with no manual intervention.
In a #metapartner showcase, entrepreneur Krystal Oh — who runs a nail salon and a yogurt store solo — shows on-screen chats with her AI 'Coco' handling back-office work: drafting a refund request for an empty box of masks, remembering meetings, sending notifications, helping manage expenses, onboarding employees and scheduling calendars. She says she previously spent thousands on human assistants who never understood her businesses.
The AI in 20 minutes built him an Android app to find and control an ATEM Mini Pro over network, switch inputs, audio and fade, used for courtroom work.
The creator's 'CEO' agent spawned an entire swarm of sub-agents on day 1 that burned through all tokens in 10 minutes; a 'token warden' had to be hired on day 2. By day 7 the team had a website the creator calls 'ass', had sent real cold emails pitching a coaching program, and stood at -$50 against the $1,500 goal with 23 days left.

He asked the AI to list every place his side project hard-deletes user data. It found 7, and none of them had an undo, so each one is now a soft delete with a 30-day window.
She is the training coordinator at her job and tracks everyone's certification hours in a color coded Excel workbook. She still had to log into the training website, check each person's hours, and type them in. Now the AI checks the training website for every employee, fills the hours into her uploaded workbook, and emails her the updated workbook and a report. It runs on its own on the 1st of each month.
He runs a small home service business. On site his crew capture photos and notes into a CRM; the AI reads the CRM over a connector, studies the photos and writes the full client report he used to write himself. When the report is done he tells the AI to send the invoice, and it builds the Stripe invoice from the project notes and sends it to the customer.
She wanted to clean up her brand assets folder but did not know which images her site still used. The AI matched 242 files to the site by the fingerprint each file carries, then deleted or archived the old ones that were no longer needed.
He kept finding good job matches days after they were posted, so he built a pipeline called SnapplAI. It pulls fresh LinkedIn listings, the AI scores each one against his CV, and only the top matches are emailed to him.

Cemex's Consult HR agent in Microsoft Teams explains the vision benefit from SharePoint policy documents, then presents an Adaptive Card in the same chat where the employee enters details and uploads the invoice image. On submit, Power Platform workflows route the claim into ServiceNow and immediately return a live tracking ticket number in Teams.
