Close the books on $87,055 of receipts from a receipts inbox

An AI finance desk handled a business’s finance admin around an $87,055 receipts figure, run with read-only account access plus a dedicated receipts@ inbox so the week never has to be rebuilt from browser tabs. The desk’s design keeps money movement out of the bot’s hands.

A college counselor built a degree planning side business with AI

A community college counselor of 16 years turned her idea for paid degree planning into a working side business: The AI helped with the business plan, built and edited her website, including a later round where Work mode edited the live Squarespace site directly, found leads and shaped her replies to potential clients. She has her first client and a lot of leads.

The AI runs his coaching check ins and chases late Stripe payments

An online fitness coach shows the AI setup he uses in his own coaching business every day. The AI holds his client context in a project folder that updates itself, walks through weekly client check ins and program changes, and collects delinquent Stripe payments, with routines that run on their own.

My agent cuts my gameplay into compilation videos and shorts and posts them for me

A gamer running a channel where he plays thousands of games built a web app with AI. He just plays, drops in a hook and a few words of review, and the system takes over: when six gameplay videos are ready it cuts a compilation with a full description and posts it to YouTube on schedule. Every day it also makes two Guess The Game shorts in two languages and posts them to YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok, twelve posts a day at set times.

Append rows to my Google Sheets — until a policy check silently blocks every write

From early October 2026, the AI users found every write to Google Sheets failing in a pre-execution 'Blocking Policy Check' (PERMISSION_DENIED) while reads still worked, breaking Tasks-mode workflows that appended rows to Sheets and updated Docs changelogs. Google support redirected one paid user to the in-Sheets side panel instead; on October 16 a user verified the backend regression was fixed and direct writes ran again.

The AI remade my class video so every pupil's work shows

His 5th grade class studied Maricarmen and her eviction, a real case, and the pupils made work about it. He gave Notebook the AI directions to redo the class video so all of their work can be seen, and the video is posted with a PDF of the work on his class blog.

The AI did the metadata cleanup behind a catalog of 500,000 gut samples

His Microbiome Repo catalogs every public human gut metagenome, more than 500,000 samples, with metadata pulled straight from sequence archives, papers and supplements. It was built with about $5,000 in an AI app API credits from the Anthropic AI for Science program, with AI taking on the metadata curation he calls the most tedious but critical part of microbiome research.

Naver blocks the AI’s browser, so the AI writes and a local script publishes

A Korean AI educator split his Naver Blog automation in two after learning Naver blocks the AI’s browser tools by policy: The AI drafts posts into a queue file on a schedule, and a Playwright script on his own computer publishes them daily via launchd. Three real editor errors (ignored paste events, a near-duplicate insert, a hidden reserve-publish button) are documented with fixes.

The AI built the interactive probability guide I had always wanted

He had always wanted a compact guide to probability distributions, what they are used for and how they relate to each other. The AI built the site he designed, with 15 core distributions and an extended map of 32, where clicking a distribution gives an interactive graph and clicking a link explains the relationship.
