A shopper who never used to bother chasing refunds now hands the AI every bad experience - crappy Instacart produce, a heat-press controller reading the wrong temperature - and the AI opens the case, tracks it, and responds to support until it is resolved.
Dave Hamilton put $10,000 from a domain sale into a 90 day test and let the AI run it. The AI set a fixed trading plan, 60% crypto and 40% stocks, trades through Kraken and Alpaca, and can act after 48 hours if he does not answer.

Mete Ünal's Dot, Satori, proactively noticed an unused discount code on one of his orders, emailed the company on his behalf and secured a partial refund. His only involvement was replying 'Sure!' when the Dot asked to reach out.
A second daily run at 7am screens stocks with high relative volume among the day's percent gainers and flags each one red, amber or green for his trading. He reads the flags and makes his own calls.
He told the AI to request anything it could get sent to him for free, with no limits set. So far a fabric sample and a lot of state travel guides have arrived, and he is a bit worried about how much more is coming.
He gave the AI a prompt to search 24 months of his Gmail, 2,812 emails, and list the subscriptions he was still paying for. With his approval it cancelled ClassPass at 9,900 yen a month, a saving of 118,800 yen a year, and a confirmation email arrived to prove the cancellation went through.
Andrew asked the AI for the cheapest price on a new iPhone and AirPods, the best trade in value for his old phone, and whether a new model was about to drop. The AI found Amazon beat Apple by about $50 on the AirPods and a trade in worth about $200 more, and he bought on Amazon himself in the end.
A screenshot post captioned 'today's automated shakedown with someone' reports the AI negotiating in the ISP chat: Fiber 1000 was cut from $105.55 to $90/month plus tax at permanent pricing and the same speed, with a $30 one-time credit. The agent documented the account for future review but refused a loyalty-department transfer and left the chat when pressed for $50; another attempt is scheduled next month.
