A man built LatestArr with help from the AI, his first real app. The self hosted tool collects what is new across Plex, Jellyfin, Emby and his book, audiobook and game libraries and emails a clean digest, and he shared it as open source and asked for testers.
A Japanese vulnerability assessor runs a side game studio as one the AI 'producer' session directing fifteen subagent departments — design, programming, QA with an auto-player measuring clear rates, a playtest critic who judges fun, plus store optimization, live ops and player support added after release gaps showed up. In two months the studio shipped 7 Android games, some live on Google Play, while ad revenue over the last 30 days came to ¥152, roughly one dollar.

He built a plugin that lets his agent drive the Sway window manager directly, and used it to switch from X11 to Wayland, something he says did not work for him before. He now asks the agent things like which window is taking the most memory and has it start and stop power profiles.
Together with AI he ran fairly complex imports from more than 1,000 JSON files into WordPress. Publications and events now arrive as their own custom post type, neatly structured in WordPress, including sideloading the media files.
He had his agent migrate his machine from Ubuntu to Omarchy with a backup taken first and a restore tested. The switch took about an hour, and he says he is not going back.
He is recovering his 15 year old tweets with photos that he thought were basically lost, with AI's help. The AI also built him a custom GUI editor that he will use once to hand edit the collections of tweets.

His Nostr relay moved from a single container to a Kubernetes cluster, redeployed by the AI with an uptime monitoring setup watching it. He reports the relay is faster and the migration went smoothly.
The AI and Antigravity took an existing STL and swapped a fan-shroud section for another design by directly manipulating the STL geometry in Python; it went perfectly.
A man's Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad can only pair with one computer, and the switching tools he found needed both machines awake to work. He used AI to help build his own tool, which moves the pairings to whichever computer is active based on sleep, wake and display events, and he put it on GitHub for anyone to use.
