Plumbing firm's voice agent books 600+ jobs from calls that used to go unanswered

Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric was losing work to missed calls: abandon rates neared 30 percent and callbacks took over 10 hours. ServiceTitan's AI Virtual Agent now answers in seconds and books jobs around the company's real capacity, service zones, technician skill sets and job types; the abandon rate fell to 5 percent, more than 600 jobs have been booked by the agent, and the company attributes $1.33 million in revenue to it.

The AI turned her family recipes into a five week meal plan

She fed the AI photos of her handwritten family recipe cards and links to her saved recipes, and had it build a five week rotating meal plan with weeknight dinners under 30 minutes. A scheduled the AI prompt now tells her each night what is cooking. The grocery list the AI made was wrong, so she fixed that part by hand.

Creator Jen Lehner says in an Oct 19 Facebook reel that Instinct proactively texted her that she had accidentally booked duplicate Southwest Airlines tickets for herself and her daughter out of St. Louis on both Friday and Saturday. She confirmed the booking, it was canceled in time, and she received a full refund saving approximately $1,200.

The AI found my deals on 3 of 7 tries. The Batman book was 40 percent off.

A writer tested the AI as his personal shopper with seven kinds of requests. Three worked: it found a Batman omnibus for $74.99 against a $125 list price, the cheapest PS5 DualSense at Walmart for $67.61, and a used PS4 game on eBay for $54.99. Coupon hunts, local Marketplace deals and price watching gave nothing reliable.
