He forwards all his Outlook mail to Gmail so the AI can use the Gmail connector. Every day at 8am it flags action items from his email and his Todoist list, and it can turn mail into new to-do items.
MindStudio tested an AI monitor that watches Autotrader listings and flags cars priced well under market. Scheduled checks deliver deal alerts to Telegram, and a continuity setting stops it re-alerting on the same listing.
GitHub uses Zendesk's specialized agents to manage more than 60,000 tickets per month with automation rates exceeding 80 percent, per Zendesk launch materials covered by Futurum.
A screen recording shows a proactive AI message: TAP Portugal selling Montreal (YUL) to Lisbon roundtrip nonstop for $602 CAD all-in — 34% below typical best prices — noting it pairs with Manchester United's Champions League away game at Sporting CP on Wednesday, Nov 25 at Estádio José Alvalade. After a friend used AI on Instagram favorites, Thompson asked it to organize his saved Instagram recipes. He built an app so apprentices can submit their hours directly. Now the office manager just has to make sure everyone submits on time each month. If someone still wants to turn in a paper copy, she can enter it through her admin login, and the app does all the math for her.
A Business Insider Japan writer gave OpenAI Dots access to his email and calendar. When event and interview mail arrives, Dots pulls out the date and the job and puts it in his calendar. His team is replacing a client's 15 year old system. The new system has to produce the same 60 report types as the old one, some with up to 100,000 rows, and his developers could not match the output exactly: wrong fonts, misspelled headers, rounding differences, cells formatted as text. He gave Fable 5.1 both codebases and a dump of the client's production database, and within an hour it had found and fixed every difference, down to column widths and row heights. Matching the reports by hand would have taken weeks.
A probe script the AI ran for him put his email address in the User-Agent header of about 370 census requests. The AI admitted it should not have done that without asking.
