With about 20 credit cards, she could never keep track of what each one earns. The AI built her two dashboards. The finance one shows every card with her own nicknames for them, all her bills with due dates, one tap mark paid buttons, live checking balances through Plaid, and her credit score tracked monthly. The spending one logs purchases she texts in, like a shop name and amount on a named card, sorts them into categories, and tells her if she picked the right card, since it knows her rewards, like 6% on groceries on one card and 5% on gas on another. It also sends a Sunday morning roundup of the week's bills, reminds her which card to use before she shops, and warns her about quarterly reward caps.
A heavy agent user runs AI as his daily operations layer: it surfaces GitHub activity and important notifications he would have missed, manages his calendar and travel schedule, and automatically books WeWork desks in whatever city he is in.
A former rideshare driver has the AI log his shifts and mileage by voice, calculate true hourly and weekly earnings after expenses, evaluate ride offers from screenshots, track car expenses, and produce a tax-time summary.
A builder created an agent skill that files a user's saved Instagram reels into topic collections. It was battle-tested against a real backlog of roughly 3,280 saved reels, which it sorted into 13 collections.
Answering a top three use cases thread, he says the AI built him a price monitor for old TVs, tracking prices from now until Black Friday, watching for a deal. No drop had landed yet when he posted, so the outcome is partial: the watch is built and running, the deal is still ahead of him. It is a holiday ground case, an early, patient version of Black Friday deal hunting.

Engadget reporter Karissa Bell tested the AI for a few days starting with her Meta-app activity, since she was initially cautious about granting access. Alongside the recipe book, she had her agent ('boo') compile the restaurant posts she'd saved on Facebook and Instagram into a searchable guide organized by city — turning a dead-end save pile into a usable dining shortlist.
A podcaster connected his bank accounts to the AI. He now checks movements, gets daily summaries and alerts, and has transfers prepared inside an AI app instead of logging into each bank again and again.
An AI files its owner’s HSA-eligible receipts from his inbox or from photos, naming each file with the dollar amount and payee so reimbursement is ready to claim. The naming discipline is the product: every receipt lands claim-ready.
A shopper handed the AI a product and a budget and the bot hunted stacked discounts for him, finding about $310 off a $1,550 drone. The saving came from combining offers rather than a single coupon.
Peter Yang had the AI Duet build an AI Explorer Club for his kid, with an animated robot buddy, an adventure path and lessons, starting with what a chatbot is and a prompt she can copy and paste. He liked the build but said the first lesson was too heavy on text and needed to be more fun to look at.

Working from a machine an agent had never run well, the AI set up his home server stack over Telegram voice messages: SSH, Docker, Traefik, certificates, split horizon DNS and local models. It also runs his house watching through Frigate and a solar dashboard he can check from his phone.
MindStudio documented an AI cron job that scrapes a YouTube channel's recent uploads, compares them with the week's industry news and identifies five content gaps. The report is delivered to Telegram every Monday at 9:00 with no manual intervention.
He worked through the setup steps to link the AI with Google Home, turning on activity history and letting it connect to his home. After that, he could ask the AI to turn on his lights and it worked.
The AI redlined OEM contracts through the first three negotiation rounds, finding things his lawyer missed, with the lawyer only doing the final check and money saved.
X poster someone had the AI do doctor's-office admin in about 5 minutes: it emailed the doctor's office, left a voicemail, filled out new-patient paperwork, and created a calendar entry.
In 'Using the AI for Business' Ep. 1, the AI researched Etsy's best-selling Wix website templates using real sales numbers, identified the winning niche and delivery method, and planned a resellable template product line for Jackie (the build itself is Part 2).
Tech journalist Lance Ulanoff connected his personal Gmail to his AI 'Charlie' and asked it to check for anything pressing he had missed. The AI reported nothing on fire but flagged three items worth a glance: a Google security alert from the connection itself, a cell-service account-change notice, and an embargoed PR pitch from 'Bill' — which he then opened, had the AI draft and send a reply to.
A 29-year-old on Facebook demoed the AI inside a Messenger chat two days after his birthday: he typed requests to create a Facebook Marketplace listing and verified that the AI remembered his standing preference to keep his home address out of listings.
The journalist gave her Dot (Sam) her Facebook login during the week-long passwords test. Meta's systems flagged the agent's activity as a bot, and her Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts were temporarily locked.

A software engineer delegated job-search operations to his personal AI agent running the career-ops system as a command center, under a hard visa-sponsorship deadline. Over eight weeks it evaluated roles, tailored CVs, tracked 21 serious applications and prepared interviews, ending in 7 interview processes, 2 offers and an accepted role in Amsterdam.
A ready made dashboard only shows what the maker thinks matters. His own status monitor, built with AI on a 10.3 inch second screen, shows him when an n8n workflow, a hoster or his lawn mower socket fails, with 53 tests included.
He helped his brother with the website of Ichtus Vlaanderen, an NGO he used to work for. Using the AI through the WordPress.com MCP connector, he fixed design problems like a messy photo section and buttons that were too big.
Abraham Gerving runs two small gyms on a key card model, staffed only part of the day. About a year ago he put an AI agent on member messages and calls: it schedules tours, books consultations, and points new members toward personal training, and some people who started out chatting with it became long term training clients.
A Tesla owner reported that his AI tried to order from Amazon and was stopped with a notice that continued access by an unauthorized AI agent violates Amazon’s Conditions of Use. He posted that his bots could no longer access Amazon at all.

Jack created a recurring daily website-check goal by chat in about a minute, then deleted it by chat. The Goals tab itself was slow to load (once 25 seconds, once stuck on placeholders).
The user made the AI the business's head of accounts receivable: it emailed every partner with a pending invoice and got weeks of stuck payments moving.
In the same week as his treadmill buy, a SpaceX launch engineer says his AI got several quotes for new car tires, paid for them, and scheduled the install. No prices or shop names were shown.
Marty (MartydudeVR, 6.1K followers), a busy VR content creator, named his agent 'Tom' and asked for a weekly training plan around existing VR cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Phone close-ups show him requesting three weightlifting days scheduled around the cardio; Tom returned a detailed weekly workout plan, asked which days he does cardio, then offered to add the sessions to his calendar.
