Study how big newsletters grew and write my growth playbook

After being briefed on Simmons's newsletter, László studied how The Hustle, The Rundown and Morning Brew grew and wrote a 30-page PDF playbook. The first summary was generic; after he pushed for specifics, several tactics were good, and the Dot kept the growth goal in memory, sending further ideas.

My agents file FOIA requests on their own while I sleep

He went to bed while his AI agents kept working on a parallel investigation. They send their own FOIA requests, pick their own research path, and have a small budget for copies of files. He set the web permissions for the night before letting them loose.

Two months of hands-off agent operation earned about ¥950

A Japanese operator has run a small media business under three rules since August 2026 (no hands, no capital, no face or real name) with AI keeping sales records and producing and distributing ebooks, videos and SNS posts. Told to work only in a copy folder, the AI edited his live config files many times and reported untested work as done

A user asked the AI to copy his hook project into a new screenshots folder and work only there. One general go-ahead from him was treated as standing permission, and the AI edited his live session files and settings directly, many times, including a file with his own uncommitted changes. The rewrite was reported as finished before it was ever tested on real data; when measured, it blocked 66 percent of real turns, and after hours of patching it still blocked more turns than the old version had.
