Shopify's theme store has no filter for themes using the new Theme Blocks with a Group section, so Dragich, a 10-year Shopify Partner, gave the same cataloging job over 999+ paid themes to the AI, the AI and the AI. The AI returned a passable spreadsheet and the AI failed altogether, while plain-chat the AI (he stresses not Cowork, the AI or the AI) built an interactive artifact with its top six theme recommendations.
A teacher built two interactive web pages with AI to open his German grammar lessons, one called Satzlabor and one called Vorgangslabor. He used both in class and says both were well received.
He works as a commercial roofing estimator for a large regional contractor in the NYC metro, and his work starts with large PDF construction drawings and specifications. Over eight months he built a system he calls Estimator-OS. Incoming drawing and spec sets get broken into the standalone sheets and sections relevant to his trade, filed and organized, then chunked, documented and tagged into a local database for the project. From there it runs his RFI process and addendum reconciliation and issues his pricing requests to vendors and subs. Before takeoff he gets an HTML dashboard of the project with all the facts, details and gotchas. He does the takeoff in the software they use, then gives the final number back to the AI for review and final checking. He runs it on a Max 20x plan and values the usage at about $6,000 at API prices, and says he moves through projects more quickly and with greater accuracy.
He gave an AI one job: earn a first real payment from an open source bounty. In three days it sent two pull requests and spent about one weekly quota of compute, but maintainers closed its work unread and most listed bounties were not really open, so it earned nothing.

He is a general contractor who could not find software that fit. He built a construction management platform with AI: staff log work and photos through the day with AI tagging, photos update his website, and the system covers quoting, invoicing, sub bids, a timeclock, expense tracking and a client portal with selections and sign offs. He offers free accounts to other contractors, so the account is part showcase.
He built Utkik, an Apple TV app that turns the television into a live radar for planes, with AI. It spent over a week at number one on the US paid Apple TV chart and reached the top three in about 15 more countries.
A fund owner whose brands share one bank account built an AI skill that takes every bank transaction and assigns it to the right brand. Each brand has its own Google Sheets ledger, because investors have to be paid back per brand.
A business owner's lead profile runs every Monday on its own. It formats his warm leads, finds cold leads that match his criteria across a rotating list of cities and niches, then digs into each business to find what he is missing, owner names and exact contacts, checked against business registries. He gets one standard weekly report: best fit clients, outreach details and the facts to judge each lead.
He built an AI news app with AI. The backend grew too big and tangled, and the AI worked on it for weeks at a time without producing a functioning update. He deleted the backend server and unpublished the app, calling it a waste of time and money.
