I told the AI not to sign my commits. It signed 25 of them in a row.

Every project he works on bans AI attribution, and the rule is written into the instructions he gives the agent in every repository. Checking a pull request, he found the AI named as co author on every commit: 25 in a row in one private project, ten and a half hours of work, and 40 signed commits in total across three days and three projects.

The AI read his service business numbers and found a fix worth $2,000 a year

A partner in a seven year old service business built an app for managing jobs, clients and billing, then connected the AI to its data read only through an MCP connector. Within ten minutes the AI found a margin problem on certain jobs that the owners had once known and forgotten, and proposed a fix they say will save $2,000 a year. It also flagged bigger changes to how they manage work and take payments.

The AI runs my sales outbound with Apollo and Lemlist

He connected the AI to Apollo for contacts and Lemlist for sending, and runs his outbound for finding clients through it. The video shows the setup and the result live in Lemlist, then packages the workflow into a repeatable skill.

My agent watches my client chats so no reply or meeting ever slips

A consultant runs 21 the AI jobs, all switched on. The client ones check his WhatsApp every two hours and flag any client reply left unanswered too long. Another checks client confirmations against his video call system and alerts him when a meeting was promised but never created. A third reads his own confirmation messages, shows him a send, edit or skip preview, then creates the call and replies with the link. Draft replies are prepared the same way and only go out after his tap.

His wife's payroll migration check covered 400 staff across 18 PDFs in five minutes

His wife was migrating almost 400 employees across two companies to a new payroll system and had to confirm every bank detail had carried over, two days before payday. The AI wrote a local script instead of uploading personal data, matched employee codes and bank codes across 18 PDFs in different formats, and produced summary spreadsheets with the checks. The script can be rerun for the next migration.
