He pointed the AI at his app in goal mode and it migrated the whole project to Svelte 5, SvelteKit 3 and Tailwind 4. The run took 15 days, 229 commits and 3,523 file changes. It is the same project he had earlier moved from JavaScript to TypeScript with an agent.
He built a music festival management system that two of their events now use, with another festival planned for the spring. He says it saves them $30,000 to $50,000 per event by replacing the fees they used to pay for third party software, and it has advanced features no system they could buy includes.
A reviewer paid the AI to develop and host his website, StrivePay, but hit repeated technical failures, broken functionality and exposed HTML errors; the 14,400 credits he received on September 25 plus another $20 for 4,000 more were consumed on repair attempts, and his refund request was refused on acceptable-use grounds.

A Purdue professor built Docable, a working tool that turns PowerPoint, Word and PDF files into accessible versions for new disability rules. The AI and the AI helped him create a codebase of about half a million lines in a few months, and his talk explains the checking method he uses so agents can validate their own work.
His meetings are recorded with Fireflies. On a set routine, the AI takes each transcript and posts a Slack recap to everyone who was in the meeting, with the action items and who owns each one. A second routine scans his meetings for tasks that fall to him and works out which ones the AI could do instead, then offers to run them in separate sessions.

He had the AI gather his SPARQL training materials and present them on a website in a way that is easier to engage with. The site is live on the SIB Swiss GitHub pages.
