My calendar fills my work blocks and switches my Mac to Focus on its own

An AI Skill reads his main Google Calendar, works out the free time in his day, and after he confirms, fills a separate calendar with 50 minute focus blocks and 25 minute chore blocks based on the Pomodoro technique. A script that runs every minute then turns his Mac's work Focus mode on and off to match those blocks, and he says it is running well so far.

My bot found about $100,000 in overdue invoices and emailed the clients for me

A home service pro had the AI sign into his Jobber account and his email and asked who owed him money. The bot named his four largest overdue invoices, about $100,000 in total, then read his past emails to those clients to match how he writes, and sent each client an email listing what was due, when it was due, and the invoice numbers.

The AI built a searchable idea finder for my own site, in my own styles

Diana ran her own Website Builder Skill in an AI app inside her site files and asked for an idea finder for her article listing 25 ways to use AI. The AI read the article and her live stylesheet, worked out her colours and fonts on its own, placed the finder right after the article links, and kept all 25 ideas searchable and filterable. It tested the result in a headless browser against her live styles and found no style changes across the 453 elements on the page.

Five ways his unsupervised agents actually failed at night

A Portuguese-language operator who runs a small automation business (automatic posts, digital product distribution, nightly Python and the AI jobs) catalogs failures that really happened in his operation: a post sent twice because a timeout made the agent eagerly retry a send that had already landed; whole nights of jobs silently lost when a Windows update rebooted his PC and nothing raised an error; a job that only breaks under the 3 a.m. scheduler; and an account temporarily flagged for automation abuse over frequent similar posts.

This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.

Agent logged in and filed the firm EPF contribution itself

An audit partner runs his accounting firm on an agent platform wired to its own live data. In the session the agent pulls the credentials from a vault, logs into the KWSP i-Akaun portal, and submits the EPF contribution, with the partner reviewing the figures before payment.

He runs 13 scheduled the AI routines for his blog and social accounts, chosen with a three-question filter

A Korean blogger documents the 13 scheduled the AI routines (desktop-app Routines) that run his content operation as of Oct 13, 2026: 6 daily blog-post jobs, 3 daily or every-other-day refresh/summary/index checks, 2 social jobs (Threads twice a day, Instagram), and 2 weekly checks and calculator builds. Jobs were picked with a filter he also turns into a reusable prompt: the task must repeat 3+ times a week in the same order, be checkable in one minute, and be reversible (never money-sending, deleting or messaging others). Guardrails: routines halt and log where they stopped if a password field appears, and Blogspot posts stay drafts for him to publish. A one-off scheduled job to end a book discount at 00:05 on Oct 13 ran on time. The post sells his 18-page PDF of the instruction and memory-file templates, so it is marked promotional.

He built his own CRM and invoicing tool with AI and runs his work on it

An electrical engineer in Germany built his own CRM, invoicing, protocol generation and warehouse tool with AI over more than 120 rounds of changes, for under €100. He says the same build would have cost six figures a decade ago, plus €5,000 to €8,000 a year to use, and the tool now runs the way he wants on his own computer.

An AI browser moved 110 blog posts between platforms that have no API

A Korean essay analyzes a public user case in which the Aside AI browser migrated 110 Brunch posts into Naver Blog in 2 hours 40 minutes, carrying formatting, images and links intact; the posts drew 260 views the next day. Brunch, Naver Blog and Maily offer no posting API, and the user had previously tried AI with Playwright, which was slow and often gave up; Aside instead inherits the user's already logged-in browser session.
