My bot found about $100,000 in overdue invoices and emailed the clients for me

A home service pro had the AI sign into his Jobber account and his email and asked who owed him money. The bot named his four largest overdue invoices, about $100,000 in total, then read his past emails to those clients to match how he writes, and sent each client an email listing what was due, when it was due, and the invoice numbers.

How it works

  1. Bot signs into Jobber and his email
  2. He asks who owes him money
  3. Bot names the four largest overdue invoices, about $100,000
  4. Bot reads past emails to those clients to match his writing style
  5. Bot writes an email for each client with amounts, due dates and invoice numbers
  6. Bot sends the emails

Why it’s worth knowing

The bot did not just list the debts. It read how he writes to each client and sent the chasing emails in that style.
