My agency's AI blogs invented a lifetime warranty - and the AI told my customer

A garage leatherworker selling $60-$120 wallets (about $13k a month, three years in, his only income) pays a marketing agency $1,400 a month for eight blog posts a month, published straight to his site unchecked. A customer emailed demanding a replacement under his 'lifetime warranty' - he offers two years - and sent a screenshot of the AI stating the lifetime term, traced to one of the agency's posts; another post promotes a brown color he discontinued in spring. Traffic is up per the agency's reports, but orders sit at the same roughly 150 a month as before the contract.

My dot built and published my review lab page from one prompt

Diana gave her dot Sparky one brief for a standalone review lab page, with a ten test grid, the scoring rules, a checklist and a clear note that it must not invent test results. Sparky built the page in an AI app Sites, published it, told her on its own that the page was set to private, and gave her a link she could share.

The AI reworked SEO across hundreds of articles for his Spanish tech site

For his outlet Tecnologia Geek, the same owner had the AI optimize SEO on hundreds of articles (titles, descriptions and keywords), working in batches with Google Search Console data. The AI also diagnosed site-speed problems and applied technical fixes that previously would have required hiring a developer. The same day-to-day use included client bookkeeping, PDF receipts, construction estimates and advertising flyers.
