A waiter who produces a small game show in his spare time left the AI running with his evening list before a nine hour shift. He came back to 14 merged pull requests, just under 5,000 passing tests, two production promotions, and the first full episode his pipeline has ever cut end to end, queued for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok with a cover, title and chapters. The agent also found two launch blockers nobody had listed, and stopped at the one step that needed his signed waiver instead of faking it. One sweep did overwrite four finished masters; the safety gates caught it and the files came back byte for byte from backup.
On a trip to Chaozhou, China, he lost his Android phone and does not speak Chinese. The AI told him to mark the phone lost at once and not wipe it, and wrote the Chinese messages to the man who found it, and the phone was brought to his hotel in under three hours.
Employees at Swiss sportswear brand On launched no-code the AI Enterprise agents themselves. The agents handle knowledge extraction, executive reporting, research, scheduling and onboarding materials.
An engineer at Sumasate writes that his team connected the AI Tag to GitHub, Sentry, their database, log tools and Notion, and let it do the first look at every alert in Slack. After three months, fixes finished inside alert handling went from about 2 of 38 alerts a month (5.3 percent) to about 7 of 44 (15.9 percent).
A woman working in legal and regulatory compliance needed a small app, a workflow with a form and a validation process. Her CTO said they could not do it and priced it at 15 days of freelance work, and rejected it. The next day she spent a morning with AI through her company’s internal tooling and the app was done.
Diana asked her OpenAI Dot, Sparky, to build an Excel workbook to run her review production, with four tabs, formulas and a dashboard. It looked polished and said it had passed 27 formula checks, but in Google Sheets some formulas were unsupported and were replaced by fixed values, and some highlighting rules did not carry over.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
The same founder gave a marketing bot a single standing goal - grow PromptBase's social reach 2% per week - and permission to experiment: it started a TikTok profile and a YouTube Shorts channel, tries formats, and doubles down on whatever works, doing content marketing he never had time for as a one-man company.
