Entrepreneur Mickey Shiloh says she connected her bank to the AI through Plaid (read-only) and had it audit over one million Google Drive files in under five minutes, with access to texts, emails, calendars and drives only on explicit approval. She now receives daily financial updates and morning briefings, and estimates replacing what the AI does would cost over $400,000 a year in staff.

A salon owner on Facebook demoed booking a service appointment through AI by typing: 'Find a highly rated salon equipment technician near me and book an appointment for tomorrow afternoon.' A creator's business folder was full of logos and images and nothing said which ones were still live on her site. Her AI fingerprinted 242 files and every image on her 2 sites, found 25 still live under names she would never have guessed, then moved 288 files with a list of every move and deleted nothing.
