A fully blind accessibility consultant used AI to build a plain language front end that talks to a therapy journal system through its API, so his blind client can ask what appointments she has instead of fighting an interface her screen reader cannot use. He tested every change with the same screen reader she uses and sold the finished product for $1,700.
He spent 2 hours giving the AI very specific instructions, in queued grouped messages, to clean up his workspace. Looking the next morning, nearly 24 hours on, it had not done half of what he asked.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
He released version 0.6.0 of his software, and his agent fleet built most of it. A pre-launch check caught a routing bug where one agent was being sent another agent's model id. Now every routing path runs as a canary before a release.
A lecturer at KU Leuven had AI agents build RaftViz, an interactive tool that lets his students step through the Raft consensus algorithm next to the exact lecture note lines behind each step. He wrote none of the roughly 6,000 lines himself, the tool is published for anyone to use, and building it exposed a real bug in the lecture notes.
The user's agent Dash pitches 10 brands each morning for his RV-life content business, and when a flood cancelled his campground, it found a new site so the trip survived.
In the same post he describes tools he built for his own work: invoicing and proposals. Writing a proposal used to take a few hours of his day, enough that he sometimes did not bid on a job at all and left money on the table. Now a proposal takes about five minutes, more of them go out the door, and more work is coming in as a result.
Caption+image creation scored 7.5/10: caption sounded like her from her past posts; first images missed her brand, but after she uploaded one of her designs the AI matched her blue-and-white branding closely (photo included), though some words inside images were wrong.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
Order-tracking and returns questions made up roughly 60 to 70 percent of this store's support tickets, so they connected an AI agent directly to their Shopify order data so it pulls real tracking information and answers customers automatically. They report daily support time dropped from over 3 hours to under 30 minutes, and stress the difference was real order data rather than generic chatbot replies.
