Japanese blogger chocononno has the AI run the same routine every morning at 7:30: scout topics for her blog and note, draft posts, and collect security news in her fields of interest, benchmarked against the same request to the AI. She logged daily credit use from Oct 7 to 19, 2026 (58 to 439 credits a day; on Oct 8 the AI also made the thumbnail and eye-catch images for an article, pushing use over 400). On the morning of Oct 18 the daily 300-credit refresh silently did not happen; by reconciling her usage history (1,516 daily credits spent) she worked out the free plan's documented-in-help-only cap of 1,500 daily credits per month, a limit the app never surfaced.
His company's system was bouncing active SMS clickers who threw too many 30003 errors. The AI Ultracode found the cause, and the fix means the sunsetting code now ignores active clickers.
Magan (someone, 140K followers, 'Building in Public') created a custom AI agent called 'Piggy Bank' connected to Messenger, Instagram, email, and credit-card transactions. It scans sources to find all subscriptions (which she can cancel), reads Instagram DM chat history to track brand-deal payments, and generates a ledger showing how much she's owed, plus spending insights and payment reminders.
He runs AI against real client bookkeeping, sorting thousands of PDFs into folders for about 40 companies. Before any file moves, the system writes a log line with the current path, the destination, a sha256 hash of the contents and the path to put it back. Nothing is deleted; files go to a dated quarantine folder, and a file can only be cleared when its hash already exists elsewhere.
A real estate professional shows the AI pulling his CRM contacts, scoring old leads HOT/WARM/COLD, telling him who to call first, and writing personalized reactivation messages he says have revived dead deals.
A Korean solo developer's two-day diary of putting the AI to work as his team: GitHub issue labels split between him and the AI across marketing, planning, design, QA, operations and finance, with a project board and roadmap milestones built in about an hour; the AI runs QA on each deploy event and files issues; customer inquiries are answered through an admin MCP connection; and morning routines from a one-time setup (7 AM English lesson, Google Analytics analysis, issue briefing) arrive unprompted. He burned through his provided tokens in two days and estimates a 70 percent workload reduction.
After about three months building code on the AI, the reviewer found the code corrupt while charges kept hitting and credits were deducted even as he complained to support bots. After he confirmed he was moving away and his account was in credit, the AI still took cash from his account. Roughly 200 support emails produced no fix.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
In the same week, Alec Ellin had the AI mine his own Instagram and LinkedIn connections and turn them into a leads list — prospecting built from the network he already had rather than a purchased list.
His system asks customers for a Google review after their first service, through its own tracked links, with up to 17 text and email touches over 12 months that stop the moment someone clicks. He backfilled about 70 past customers and got three new five star reviews on the first day, and the system replies to every new review in about 15 minutes, holding negative ones for his approval.
