Fable and GPT-5.6 at max effort did a task that would have been a near 6-month project in a week, building a data capture pipeline, a synthetic data baseline, and building and testing 100 classification model variants with near-SOTA results.
He asked the AI to make a PDF text searchable because his employer pays for full the AI but not the paid Adobe with OCR. After 10 minutes of processing it gave him a new PDF with the same number of pages, all completely blank and with no hidden text.

Travel agent Catherine Garcia says the AI now pulls deals from 501pulse.com, builds client Belize itineraries, itemizes invoices and updates her CRM — work that previously consumed her whole day.
Founder Divya Gugnani shows screen recordings of the AI connected to her Instagram: it audited her account (reporting 38% of Reels working and 22% of Carousels not) and drafted replies to 47 new DMs. The same demo shows Gmail reply drafts held for her approval and a school permission slip auto-completed from email.
After two days of failing to find a product studio app that fit, this footwear seller got a prompt workflow from Shopify's own assistant, then had the AI teach him VS Code with AI to generate store sections from reference images, which let him drop paid landing-page builders. He then built his own app that bulk-turns product photos into studio-quality images (4 images in 40 seconds) at about a third of the cost of the app he liked but found too expensive.
He let an AI agent run his HighLevel affiliate site. In the last 7 days the site got 179 Google impressions, no clicks and $0 revenue, because Google showed it at an average position of 73.

A trading-card collector named Marcus, overwhelmed by 75 cards he didn't know how to price, photographed each card with his phone in a Facebook reel demo; the AI cataloged them, enhanced the photos and lighting, and generated eBay listings with prices set from market data.
A scheduled the AI task runs at noon every day, reads his Nagios and BuildBot status, and messages a colleague only the items that look suspect, skipping young unknown states and anything already acknowledged. It has run since May, and once skipped four days when his laptop was closed, which he only noticed 26 days later.
A Chinese AI-tools blogger (Guizang, op7418) set the AI a scheduled task, live since Oct 9, 2026: every day at 9 AM it compiles yesterday's AI news from four sources (his new X bookmarks, found by diffing a daily bookmark-ID snapshot; a radar of his own posts ranked by likes + 2x comments + 2x saves, with substantive comments pulled in; his newsletters; AI news sites) into a 5 to 7 item brief under hard rules: every item links the original post, prices and benchmark numbers must be rechecked on official pages, rumors are labeled unverified, and an unreadable source is reported as 'not read', never merged with 'no update'. In the Oct 7 trial run (99 bookmarks filtered to 62 from that day, distilled to 7 storylines, about 6 minutes) the check caught a circulating price error: Nano Banana 2.1's 4K price was $0.113 on Google's pricing page, not the widely shared $0.076. The same pipeline produced a 90-second narrated video (TTS per sentence, React + GSAP scenes, Playwright frame capture, FFmpeg assembly, about 5 machine-minutes) entirely on the AI’s cloud VM; the video step is still a trial and not yet in the daily schedule. He published the full reusable prompt and his three open-source skills.

Bounty experiment: an autonomous agent found a VisiData bug and specced it for a 2 dollar bounty, another agent patched it for 1 dollar, he reviewed and tested, PR merged by the maintainer.
Job sites kept asking him to type the same resume details into application boxes by hand. He used AI to move the information from his resume into the boxes for him.
She tried three AI tools and found the AI in Word the most helpful. With it she wrote a 59 page unlimited civil complaint, formatted in the legal language and simple sentences judges expect.
An IT provider managing multiple Microsoft 365 client tenants asks the AI to take a new-user request straight from email, create the user in the right tenant, and email the client back with the details - work his technicians previously did by hand across many tenants.
Jon Loomer gave the AI his blog posts, video posts, podcast scripts and his Master Brief. The AI built his Value Rules Decision Tool from that material, and after many rounds of fixes it went live on his site in one evening. He wrote no code.

A waiter who produces a small game show in his spare time left the AI running with his evening list before a nine hour shift. He came back to 14 merged pull requests, just under 5,000 passing tests, two production promotions, and the first full episode his pipeline has ever cut end to end, queued for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok with a cover, title and chapters. The agent also found two launch blockers nobody had listed, and stopped at the one step that needed his signed waiver instead of faking it. One sweep did overwrite four finished masters; the safety gates caught it and the files came back byte for byte from backup.
A man spent a few weeks building a work AI agent for compliance checks. Today it worked through a 200 question information security audit bank and completed the 119 items that match answers to the correct standard procedures in 15 minutes. That section normally takes him a whole day.
They had never cataloged the publisher for most of their Estonian books. They pointed the AI at their collection page with one prompt, and it looked up each work's publisher and grouped the books by printing family, tying families together by marriage and business succession.
