Call my home insurer, get a human on the line, then ring me

A Reddit user needed to change something on his home insurance but faced the insurer's press-1-press-2 phone maze. My bot got my Albuquerque parking ticket sent to be voided overnight

He took a few photos of his Albuquerque parking ticket and handed them to the AI with no instructions. This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.

Three family members, three nationalities, one move to Brazil. Extract contact information from emails with staff-built agents

Several Hiscox employees independently built the AI Studio agents that extract contact information from emails, and the duplication was treated as a demand signal: the individual solutions are now becoming a larger shared business project with data science, technology, cyber and risk specialists involved.

The AI built me a dashboard that tracks 1,000 bills and their hearings

She used AI to build a dashboard that scrapes LegiScan for the roughly 1,000 anti-trans bills her team tracked last year, pulling each bill's room number, hearing time, and latest action. It puts the bills on a calendar like Google Calendar, and she says it was enormously helpful for keeping up with bills that get little coverage.
