The AI finds the files people shared with me in Teams and email

Her job is Teams messages and email all day, and brain fog makes finding things hard. She asks the AI to find a file by who shared it with her, and it finds it.

How it works

  1. A coworker shares a file with her in Teams or email
  2. She asks the AI to find it by who shared it
  3. The AI finds the file for her

Why it’s worth knowing

Outlook search is bad at this, so she depends on the AI to find things in Outlook and Teams almost exclusively now.
