An AI coworker handles his mom's wedding venue inquiries and cut the reply time to five minutes

His mom runs a wedding venue in southern Italy and got 15 to 20 inquiry emails a day, each taking 20 to 30 minutes, which was 70 to 80% of her week. The AI coworker he built now works the inquiries inside her 10 year old booking system, which has no API, and she approves only special quotes. After three weeks the typical inquiry is processed within 5 minutes and the system saves her over 120 hours a month for about $350 a month.

Move my rental-car pickup to Charlotte after my flight falls apart

Jared Lee was flying to New Bern, North Carolina, where his father may be dying, when delays at lunch told him he would miss his connection. His rental car was booked for New Bern airport. From the taco restaurant, he asked the AI to change the rental to a Charlotte pickup for the 4.5-hour drive. A couple of text messages later it was done: new rental, new confirmation. He estimates it saved him at least an hour of hold time, spent instead present with his wife.

AI checked our usability test video and saved us half a day

A team ran an AI pipeline over a usability test of an investment app and saved about half a day of manual analysis. Every claim the AI made about the screen was checked against a video frame, and two claims that did not hold up were left out of the report.

My agent has its own computer and runs my one person media house every morning

He gives the agent his ideal customer and one pain point. Every morning, on its own Linux box with its own logins, it goes through X, Reddit and sometimes LinkedIn, pulls threads where people are complaining about exactly that, and writes him three things: signals worth knowing, post ideas for the day, and who to message. He reads, picks, and posts.

Complete my class-action settlement claim form

Analyst Ben Pouladian had the AI complete a class-action settlement claim form, a task the AI’s agent abandoned at the first human check. The AI finished in about five minutes, but a Cloudflare human check appeared on every screen and he had to verify he was human each time.

This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
