Senior HVAC technician David Gharamany at Art of Comfort checks from a customer's home whether a part is at the shop, how fast he can get it, and which seller is cheapest, with the company's AI engine doing the shopping. Every service call's data is fed back into the system so the next technician facing a similar fault can pull up his fixes instead of phoning him, and the same system handles customer calls so the shop stops missing them.
Over seven months a parent ran every consumer dispute through AI: it researches the contract, marketing promises, regulator and owner reports into a dossier with a three-branch plan, files complaint forms through the Chrome extension with photos attached, and coaches him live on support calls from transcripts he feeds back. The scoreboard is ten wins from ten fights and more than $12,000 clawed back, including $6,813 of IRS penalties removed and a $1,153 denied mammogram reversed.
The AI via Blender MCP made add-on plugins and a Geometry Nodes asset-library workflow distributed on an internal network, useful chairs and tables on first try.
Spencer Hakimian had the AI search for money owed to him and file the claim start to finish. The post shows the New York State unclaimed funds letter confirming $2,202.00.
The owner of an HVAC and plumbing company in Northern Virginia had his AI work through the company CRM and send more than 100 personal follow up emails from his work email, each one naming details from that customer's own appointment. Replies came in the same day. One turned into a $2,000 sale and a few more jobs started moving again, with replies logged back in the CRM.
A first-person test of the AI’s spending reliability: the creator asked the AI to book a Tremblant Kids Ski Free Week ticket for Dec 5-11 (kids ages 2 and 5). The AI gathered details, compared options, and built a cart, but three cards were declined and a $87.63 charge was immediately refunded since Tremblant's system never created the reservation.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
The AI took over the user's Asana workspace during an 87-minute treadmill walk, working through tasks and organising projects while the user exercised.
Meta employee Han Fang said the AI went back and forth in Japanese with a hotel in Hakone to book a dinner slot that wasn't listed on the hotel's website — a language-barrier negotiation for off-menu inventory.
