The AI replaced Assistant and my smart plugs barely work now

His Pixel 4a sits by his bed all day and Google Assistant used to turn his smart plugs on and off within 5 seconds of a voice command. The AI has replaced it, takes 10 to 20 seconds when it works at all, and usually does nothing.

Cancel my unused services and correct my overcharges

Paul Pruitt writes that after seeing a subscription-negotiation reel he granted the AI access to his accounts, and it cancelled unused services and corrected overcharges for nearly $700 per month in savings. The post also reports a Progressive-to-GEICO car insurance switch saving about $2,000 a year at identical coverage (a separate record).

The AI drives his game and reports what playtesting finds

The maker of a small game viewer tool had the AI play the game with scripted commands and write playtest reports. One report, from a manifest file the game loaded, documented a crash on exit, a bad default window size, dead inputs, and several rendering bugs.

Plan a week of content cited to my own documents

The AI built a seven-day social and community content calendar from a Drive folder of the tester's existing content notes and quarterly goal. Every post topic, hook and call to action cited the exact Google Doc section it came from, with working links.
