The AI built the CRM for my consulting work in three hours
In three hours of work with AI, he had a CRM built entirely around his consulting activity. He did not write a line of code, he just described what he wanted.
Real things everyday people got it to do, and how to try them yourself.
A random mix from the whole library. Shuffle for a new set.

A local Whisper model on his iMac writes out an episode with timecodes. The AI 2.5 reads the transcript, marks the ad blocks, and sends the timecodes back as JSON so his app can build a cut list.
His mom runs a wedding venue in southern Italy and got 15 to 20 inquiry emails a day, each taking 20 to 30 minutes, which was 70 to 80% of her week. The AI coworker he built now works the inquiries inside her 10 year old booking system, which has no API, and she approves only special quotes. After three weeks the typical inquiry is processed within 5 minutes and the system saves her over 120 hours a month for about $350 a month.
He sketched out how he wanted image collages to lay out and prompted the AI to build a simple tool with sliders for overlap and offset. He used it to make the image stacks for his project, kept improving it, and released Stacks V2 in October 2026 for anyone to try.
He asked the AI to make a technical diagram with gpt-image-1. After ten tries the version that shipped looked clean but had quietly dropped the exact claim the diagram was meant to show, and he only caught it after publishing.
Corina Noriega (130K followers), a busy mom, nutrition coach, and trainer, demonstrated the AI’s assistant 'Kai' (cartoon dog). She entered family of three, $50 grocery budget, fridge/freezer contents (chicken tenders, beef), training schedule, and macro goals; Kai generated a detailed PDF plan covering Friday Sept 18 to Thursday Sept 24 with grab-and-go breakfasts, prepped dinners, a $38.43 shopping list, training windows, and recipes.
A developer tired of managing terminal windows one way and other windows another way grew his own replacement with AI over the course of a few months, one that treats graphical apps as part of the session too. He uses it now and says he has never looked back.
Built an LLM-backed reference checker for his partner, a lecturer: an agent reads each cited source and checks the reference is correct and not hallucinated.
The AI created his first five eBay listings for him and helped track the shipments and payments afterwards. All five items sold.
A developer built Idea Leash on an AI profile running locally on his Mac: he sends a podcast link by Telegram before a walk, and the agent transcribes it, writes notes into his markdown wiki and prepares a five-question quiz. After four real walks it had logged 7.66 km, nine voice ideas and sent after-walk summaries with web searches for ideas he dictated.
Every idea is a real post from someone who tried it, summarized in our words, with a link to the original. App names are swapped for plain words.
