Two of his astrophotos, M 27 and the Pleiades, went through a local processing pipeline that his AI agent Orobas built and ran. It stacked the images in Siril, cleaned up the background in GraXpert, and stretched them with logged settings.
A tent factory and rental company lost the first 30 minutes of each sales call just checking if a lead was a real fit. Its WhatsApp agent asked the technical questions, dropped poor leads, and handed ready leads to sellers, and buyers who spoke with the agent converted at 3.54 percent against 0.56 percent for others.
Commenting on the Top 20 post, he says he is in an office football pool where you rank games by how sure you are of the outcome, and he kept forgetting his picks and found it a chore. He gave the AI his login and they worked out rules together: The AI makes his picks each week based on Vegas point spreads and analyst information. The pool site has an awkward interface, and he says the AI handled it well.
The studio had the AI and PixelLab make one sample icon and waited for their OK. Then it made the other 24 in the same style, plus the gray locked versions Steam needs, for a demo at Next Fest in October.
The same studio's agent Timmy orchestrates more than 20 tools to turn blog posts into short videos: Veo generates scenes, ElevenLabs synthesises a custom voice, and automated captioning, lip sync and final assembly finish the piece. The pipeline runs inside the studio's normal the AI production setup.
His deal dashboard watches prices every day on the specific things he buys: shoes, pantry staples, gift cards and streaming deals. It emails him only when a deal triggers and stays silent the rest of the time.
A Japanese solo operator who runs his micro-company's chores (contact checks, record-keeping, several times a day) through AI schedules found on Oct 6, 2026 that the 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00 runs had all silently not happened: schedules registered inside a conversation live only in that conversation and disappear when it closes, with no error and no notification; he noticed about 10 hours later. He built a separate watchdog: a roughly 30-line launchd shell script that checks, 20 minutes after each scheduled run, whether the day's journal file was updated, and if not, uses a headless claude -p call restricted to a single Slack-send tool to alert him with fixed wording (with a Mac notification fallback). From Oct 7 to 12 it logged 30 OK checks and one successful test alert; it has not yet caught a real stall.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
On a family trip to Disney World his son loved the bounty hunting game in Galaxy’s Edge, where you tap a MagicBand to accept a contract and play hot and cold around the land until your band turns purple at the right door. Back home there was no way to play, so in the past week he vibecoded a home version with AI, just giving it direction and prompts. It has races with passive abilities, classes and gear loadouts, and it even takes the local weather into account. He is inviting beta testers on the site.
VC Ian Park posted a Korean-language the AI chat confirming two Prestige-class Korean Air flights (Seoul Incheon–Singapore, Sept 26–29) and a Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore twin-room booking with free cancellation to Sept 24. After linking the Google Calendar connector, the AI added 11 Singapore itinerary items (flights, courses, jogging, checkout).
Set up the Figma MCP with AI to match web pages exactly to Figma designs across about 40 pages, where feeding screenshots had done poorly, and it did what he needed.
A researcher updating his own old question says he now asks his agent to download the papers his reference manager could not get. The agent works in the browser while he is signed in with his school login, and he clicks through the human checks himself.
A developer's project sat inside a OneDrive folder. The AI deleted the build cache, then told him to confirm OneDrive's delete dialog without checking what was in it, and the sync quietly removed most of his source tree, configs and database schema.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
Allie K. Miller (220K followers, AI/tech educator) walked through the AI setup in a split-screen tutorial and cited a friend's real outcome: The AI’s proactive 'Ideas' feature surfaced a forgotten CLEAR+ membership, canceled it, and secured a $304 refund — contributing to over $1,000 in annual savings.
A Korean automation instructor sells an AI skill kit for Naver Blog and documents his own test on a real shop: he handed the skill five shop photos and a one-line memo, and it wrote the post, placed photos, a video, a map and tags, and completed a scheduled publication in 3 minutes 20 seconds. With a reservation set, Naver itself posts at the chosen time even with the computer off.
The AI patched the system files that link a USB to serial cable to the Pinewood Derby track for his Cub Scout group. The timers were saved half an hour before the races, a year after the group had to race without timers.
Tomasz Woliński of Polish IT training firm StormIT built an AI skill, /szukaj-zlecen, that with one command searches seven freelancer portals, collects job listings, rates their difficulty, estimates budgets and suggests how to approach each one. Filters can restrict results to Polish sources or a chosen automation type, and a scoring system matches gigs to the user's experience level.
