Assist my 14-day Europe trip live — fixes, bookings and a few mistakes

Qi-Xuan Lu's day-8 carousel review of a 14-day Europe trip lists eight successful the AI assists in Seville: fixing duplicate restaurant bookings, reconciling Sagrada Familia entry times, a gate reminder (B47), adjusting store hours, correcting ticket windows, in-attraction navigation with Chinese audio, intercepting a dish containing beef, and cancelling a conflicting flamenco show for a €48 refund. Found gluten-free beer nearby: two good picks but one spot closed for

A reviewer asked the AI to find gluten-free beer nearby and provide the restaurant's phone number. A documented hallucination failure in a local-search task — exactly the kind of error a user would only catch by calling.

Execute obfuscated code hidden in an email it was asked to fetch

Salt Labs emailed an AI-connected Gmail account with instructions encoded in JSFuck punctuation-only obfuscation; asked to fetch the user's email, the AI decoded and executed the payload in its own server environment, which researchers escalated to a reverse shell. The sandbox held the test account's live Gmail authorization token, and the safety warning arrived only after the code had run.

Attack my 35,000-email Gmail backlog (rate limits fought back)

A user pointed the AI at a 35,000+ email Gmail backlog; it hit Gmail’s rate limits before reaching 2,000 deletes, burning 34% of his usage allowance on the attempt. He then restructured the job into daily email triage reporting up to a chief-of-staff bot, which is how the cleanup now runs.
