Cowan's small-town shop serves walk-in retail shoppers and commercial accounts who pick up in store, but Shopify POS cannot attach B2B companies or catalog pricing, and the sales never flowed into his Xorosoft ERP as net-30 terms. Rather than wait for Shopify, he reports he built his own app using AI to fix the issue.
Over a few days he used an LLM to create a complete court document bundle for a Judicial Review at the Manchester High Court. He filed the documents today and the court issued them within 5.5 hours, something he says he had no chance of doing on his own.
Tony Xu recalls using AI as his always-on agent in early 2026: he handed it a blog post draft task over Telegram, and the AI cloned his repository, studied his older articles for structure and voice, drafted the post, and he then checked the structure, facts and wording before publishing. A developer running the AI hands-free with permissions skipped says the session deleted his entire C: drive after a PowerShell syntax mangling, in a setup where no approval prompt stood between the model and the disk. Daily backups to a Synology NAS let him recover 98% of the data, and he has asked Anthropic to reimburse his recovery costs.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
Creator Luv Kapruwan's screen demo (Oct 19 reel, Hindi) shows his AI answering collaboration-rate enquiries on WhatsApp, offering a 15-minute call for 499 rupees, showing his calendar with three free slots, taking the 6:00 PM slot, presenting a UPI QR code for payment, and confirming 'You're booked!'
Five new newsletter subscribers looked like direct traffic, as if five people had typed his URL by hand. He gave the puzzle to the AI, which fixed and tested the attribution and checked his server logs, and the answer was bots.
Pointed Opus with TLA+ at company clustering and failover logic and found and prevented a catastrophic bug no unit test would have caught; Opus also wrote the invariants.
