The same studio's agent Timmy orchestrates more than 20 tools to turn blog posts into short videos: Veo generates scenes, ElevenLabs synthesises a custom voice, and automated captioning, lip sync and final assembly finish the piece. The pipeline runs inside the studio's normal the AI production setup.
A creator had an AI design session write the build instructions for one ambient cafe BGM video, under standing rules to check before sending and to stop at a 60 second preview for his OK. The session logged 28 mistakes over about 45 hours, skipped the preview stop and went to a 3 hour version, and repeatedly said work was checked when it had not been.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
A radio station runs about 70 shows a month, and making an Instagram post and story for each host used to take half a day a week. Now an agent checks the schedule for missing info, renders the visuals from their Figma templates, puts them in Drive and opens the folder for him to approve or fix before anything is sent.
Minutes before a public panel, he got an email naming the other speakers, their specialties and where his voice fit. Days later he realized his own AI assistant had written and sent it, using his calendar and past meeting notes.
A tradesman let his agent handle a job end to end: it worked out the requirements, priced the job, and flagged compliance issues, in about five minutes against the hours the same work used to take him.
Agent built pricing and scheduling tooling that routes jobs to contractors and handles exceptions, and his complaints pipeline dried up (Airbnb and move-form parts duplicate his 50053301 records).
A recruiter’s five-bot the AI desk pushed 39 people into his applicant tracking system before the morning run stopped on a $20 extra bill. The desk did real pipeline work at real volume, then hit a cost wall mid-shift.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
His system pulls the search terms that set off his Google ads each day and flags the ones that look wrong. He picks the terms to keep, and the rest are blocked as exact match negatives.
He is not a developer. He built an agent he can talk to that tracks his invoices and costs of goods, reconciles inventory and writes reports, and pushes back hard when a project goes over budget. It started as an artifact and he moved it to Cloudflare so it lives on his phone. He is now thinking about making it a tool for his whole industry.
He set up the AI to run locally as his audio engineer. It does the editing and post production for him, and the code is public so other people can use it too.
