Set up daily SEO monitoring for two client sites in Google Analytics

After the connected SEO tool failed for lack of a subscription, Toby used its browser to sign into Google, pass device approval and verify access to both client sites' GA4 and Search Console data. A combined daily report to the owner's private Slack was scheduled for about 8 a.m. Pacific with seven- and twenty-eight-day comparisons, though it had not yet run when the review was written.

This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.

My agent rebuilt the business software I was paying $150 a month for and saves me $1,750 a year

Answering a how are you making money thread, he says a piece of business software he used does one thing and does it badly. With the AI’s help he built a piece of software that does the same thing better, with the features he always wanted. It took a lot of bug testing and had many errors at first, but it was done in two weeks. His version costs him $50 a year in server costs instead of $150 a month, saving about $1,750 a year.

The AI made the advert for the event I help run

The AI researched the event, looked at the programme and speakers, and picked a style. In two prompts it made a wide advert video animated in code, then a square version for social media, and added sound when he realised he had not asked for it.

The AI drafted his blog post from a Telegram message: cloned the repo, drafted from his old articles, he reviewed and published

Tony Xu recalls using AI as his always-on agent in early 2026: he handed it a blog post draft task over Telegram, and the AI cloned his repository, studied his older articles for structure and voice, drafted the post, and he then checked the structure, facts and wording before publishing. He liked the capability but quit over the upkeep: a self-hosted gateway and services he had to run himself.

Find me 48 school-district customers and draft each pitch — one replied, booked and paid

Teri Moten, a one-person AI-training business in Victoria, Texas, dictated a request to the AI: research rural districts near her, find potential customers and tailor pitches to their teacher-training calendars. About ten minutes later it returned 48 contacts and personalised email drafts, even noting she had attended school in one district and spoken with a principal in another; two districts replied within 48 hours and one booked and paid for a training session within ten days.

My new Dot fixed my plug-in and opened the pull request on its own

Micro.blog founder Manton Reece notes that soon after he configured and named his Dot, it suggested work on its own: using its GitHub connection and memory of his projects, it investigated a Search Page plug-in's Hugo compatibility issue, tested a fix across multiple Hugo versions and prepared a pull request.

He rebuilt his 70 year old mother's business website with AI and her revenue quadrupled

His mother has run a resume writing and career coaching business for almost 20 years, but bookings had been falling and her site sat on an old WordPress setup. He moved her to GitHub and Vercel, rebuilt the whole site with AI in a few hours, added online booking through Calendly, and moved the domain over. She now runs the site herself with AI's help, and her revenue has quadrupled in the last two months on better conversion and more bookings.
