Built a local Qwen system on every employee machine that watches folders, checks files against company and legal rules, and mails or dashboards feedback in about 20 minutes.
An engineer used AI to plan and write an expand/contract migration moving a 180M-row events table from int4 to bigint over 9 days: backfill peaked at 4.1 seconds of replica lag and the final swap locked for 1.4 seconds, with zero downtime. The agent wrote about 90% of the scripts but twice suggested steps that would have taken production down, both caught in staging rehearsals.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
Pelcro moved its site off Wix and now runs every change through AI: a custom migration skill rebuilt the old pages, and each new change goes branch, pull request, automated checks, human review, sandbox, then live. Nothing ships unless lint, type, build and content checks all pass.
Creator Lyndsey King says she used AI to create a single $37 PDF in 47 minutes: eight buyers brought in $296 the first night, and she reports total sales approaching $40,000, a shift from the $500–$600 courses she used to sell.
In February he told the AI what road he was taking and when he was setting off. The AI picked lunch places within a 20 minute detour that he would reach at lunchtime, 10 of them spread over 50 miles, with an import into Google Maps.
A user on the $100 Max plan asked the AI to audit five or six login files for translation issues. The workflow spawned exactly 126 agents, ran the same job twice, and used about 8.4 million tokens, roughly half his weekly allowance.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
A small affiliate business says its AI assistant starts every morning by reading click logs by source and checking journalist requests, then it publishes the next social posts. A person still handles identity checks, payments and signups.
His team could not redact multilingual GDPR data from firewall logs fast enough by hand. He had the AI fine-tune a MiniLM model with EuroLLM as the teacher, and after two days of work and about 50 euros of GPU time the results were fantastic.
His newsletter, close to 9,000 subscribers, is run day to day by four AI agents with set roles: one oversees, one edits and manages, one builds, one dispatches the work. He still approves anything that goes out, and the agents refresh their own context from checkpoints instead of slowly forgetting across days.
