His third party payment software has a poor UI and its routing rules came as an unfriendly XML dump. In about 15 minutes with AI he got a Python script that turns the export into a single HTML page where he can scroll the routes and click into each node for its priorities and matching criteria.
A developer threw a significant codebase at the AI. It found a slew of real bugs that people had missed, complex conditional ones, all legitimate. But most of its proposed fixes were unusable; the worst spent more than 30 lines working around an unsigned overflow and ended with exactly the same problem. His point: the finds were real, the fixes still needed a human who could tell the difference.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
He set up an AI for his WP Beacon project to check WordPress plugins every day. After two weeks of daily checks it pinged him about malware in the InstaWP Connect plugin, and wordpress.org closed the listing that afternoon and restored it the next morning.
He edits video for a living. His agents handle the non creative manual work around each project: quality checks for missed text, black frames and logos, subtitles, reformatting for social aspect ratios, spreading files to the right products and pulling source material for descriptions. He logs his hours on every project and says agent assisted projects take about half the time with better quality; the weeks spent building the setup paid for themselves in two weeks.
Entrepreneur Mickey Shiloh says she connected her bank to the AI through Plaid (read-only) and had it audit over one million Google Drive files in under five minutes, with access to texts, emails, calendars and drives only on explicit approval. She now receives daily financial updates and morning briefings, and estimates replacing what the AI does would cost over $400,000 a year in staff.
The AI enabled a camera on a test device and he taught it to reboot into the previous kernel on build failure so it could iterate for days; ended with a usable setup and camera login working.
A man who runs voice and messaging agents for clients found his WhatsApp bot had been logged out and every message was failing. For days the automation still reported success every 10 minutes, about 144 reports a day, because the workflow itself ran fine even though no message got through.
This one went wrong. See what happened before you try it.
The AI runs his entire video production pipeline via an AI plugin: full 5-minute explainer videos from one prompt, thumbnails and titles, auto-upload via the YouTube API.
Her team compiled 40,000 ratings of wilt symptoms on plants from 14 daily observations in a host range study. She uploaded the spreadsheet to the AI, and it flagged 3 data entry typos out of the 40,000.
His bots on the AI hold a daily standup before he has had coffee. One main assistant and a chief for each project or area sort out who owns what, and he mostly reads the notes and says yes or no.
