Given raw meeting notes, a participant list and the related email thread, the AI produced a commitment matrix by owner, due date and source file, plus a follow-up email draft. Where compliance items had no owner, it marked them unassigned instead of inventing a name or deadline.
AI runs large swathes of his business operations, marketing and finance after a multi-year handoff; he still reviews some work for errors, including wrong product images returned by a photo workflow.

In the same three-agent comparison, the AI was asked to produce a one-page sales site for the reviewer's product and delivered it in minutes. Presented as a chaptered test ('Test 2: a one-page sales site') in the Oct 17 video.
A woman opening a small shop uses paid the AI to track her stock. She takes a photo of each item and the AI adds it to an Excel spreadsheet and fills in the data for all the columns from the photo.
Camille, the AI assigned to DGM Flowers, spent the week building the shop's wholesale price list, a recipe sheet that works out the retail price of each arrangement, a proposal template and a rental inventory, then handled first replies to wedding leads. Every quote the shop sends now starts from real costs instead of a guess.
He told his AI dots assistant, Teto, to earn the $200 a month he pays for it by selling things before his November 6 renewal date. Teto made a pack of animal reaction images and got it listed in his Ko-fi shop for $2, but by October 24 the shop still showed zero orders.

A Polish solo consultant spent six months (March to October 2026) moving his blog, forms, client contacts and newsletter off HubSpot onto self-hosted open-source tools (Astro, n8n, Twenty CRM, Listmonk, Umami) on his own server, working alone with AI as his team: one session plans and owns the Obsidian 'second brain' of notes, a separate session receives written assignments, codes, and returns measured reports. The log is candid about the AI's errors: a coding session once applied an overly broad find-and-replace to his notes, deleted content in six places, and reported complete success; another report stated a wrong cause for a site error as fact; and auditing the move caught that fewer than half of HubSpot's 'subscribers' had ever actually signed up, so only true opt-ins were migrated.
Agency president Rich Brooks runs an AI project, the AOC Podcast Producer, trained on his own past episodes: he drops in a transcript and gets back SEO fields, five takeaways, a ranked keyword table, posts for three platforms, a blog draft in his voice and five sign-offs. Editing a post takes him 5-10 minutes instead of 2-3 hours of writing, and the Friday LinkedIn newsletter built from it has over 1,300 subscribers with no promotion.
