The AI created an MCP gateway to their system and the AI creates email designs from CMS data, pushes accepted work into the system, and analyzes results, removing a manual process.
He now uses AI for design work and for putting print plans together. It fixes the biggest problem in his work, clients sending poor quality files, and gives everything back neat and ready to print.
His team is replacing a client's 15 year old system. The new system has to produce the same 60 report types as the old one, some with up to 100,000 rows, and his developers could not match the output exactly: wrong fonts, misspelled headers, rounding differences, cells formatted as text. He gave Fable 5.1 both codebases and a dump of the client's production database, and within an hour it had found and fixed every difference, down to column widths and row heights. Matching the reports by hand would have taken weeks.
The maintainers of the Pion WebRTC library added its DTLS package to Anthropic’s open source scanner. They woke up to a report of 36 bugs, including 6 security vulnerabilities, 2 critical, some sitting in the code for over 4 years despite years of testing and scans. Fixes went in the same project.
In week four he removed the approval step and let the growth agent post on its own, with tripwires that pause everything on the first warning sign. Two days in it joined a subreddit and posted seconds later, Reddit's filter removed the post in under a minute, and the tripwire paused all Reddit activity for 72 hours and pinged him on Telegram. Weekly users grew from 37 to 64 over the same stretch.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
Pointed Opus with TLA+ at company clustering and failover logic and found and prevented a catastrophic bug no unit test would have caught; Opus also wrote the invariants.
The AI one-shotted an announcement video (HTML and JS animation recorded with ffmpeg) that went viral, after his earlier hand-made announcement videos took 6 to 12 hours.
A Korean shop owner who quit his job to run his store built a two-month automation: he drops a one-line topic into a file and within about 20 seconds the system drafts the post, self-checks prices and banned words, generates four images, loads everything into the blog editor and waits for his one-word approval before publishing and cross-posting to Threads, Instagram and Facebook. Image cost is about $0.16 per post against $200 a month of AI subscriptions.
