Find and verify 20 sales leads and draft my outreach sequence

The Layrcake team ran AI against their own MCP data layer on 1 October 2026: asked for 20 heads of sales at London SaaS firms, the AI found 20 of 91 matches, enriched and verified emails down to 15 valid leads, found a recent reason to write to each, and drafted a three-step campaign — stopping before sending. The logged run took under ten minutes and 145 credits, about $1.45.

Build a source-checked mini-site in five minutes — but it can't go public

Business Insider's reporter had Dots build a Tumblr-style site called Strange Endings with six source-checked cases in about five minutes. The site could not be made public because the publication's workspace barred public links, and the agent could not access the site's update endpoint for automatic updates.

My agent checks every repair plan against the manuals, and one check saved a six hour dead end

A field service worker loaded the AI with every user and service guide for the products he repairs, plus all advisories and known issues. He runs each job's action plan through it: The AI checks the parts are on the original parts list, flags advisories, and builds a step by step PDF for the repair. On a product he barely knew, its diagnosis named a different component than the plan he was given. After six hours with his engineering team he followed the agent's call and it fixed the machine.

He rebuilt his 70 year old mother's business website with AI and her revenue quadrupled

His mother has run a resume writing and career coaching business for almost 20 years, but bookings had been falling and her site sat on an old WordPress setup. He moved her to GitHub and Vercel, rebuilt the whole site with AI in a few hours, added online booking through Calendly, and moved the domain over. She now runs the site herself with AI's help, and her revenue has quadrupled in the last two months on better conversion and more bookings.

Match 904 insurance documents overnight at my dental clinic

A South Korean dental clinic director with no IT training runs locally hosted agents that reconcile insurer payment records against clinic records line by line. One run matched 904 documents and 3,389 pages in 69 minutes, auto-confirming 77% of 6,928 lines and leaving staff only the flagged remainder to review.

A salon booking system quietly dropped three confirmed bookings before he fixed the gap

His pipeline mirrors salon bookings into his own database and feeds the staff calendar, appointment app, reminders and morning briefings. Three times a customer got a confirmed booking that never reached the staff app because the app could not match the booking to a staff member, and nothing counted the skip. The fix was an unassigned bucket plus counting every skipped booking.

Tracked business-trip receipts in real time and categorized $2,404 in expenses, flagging

Jenny Stojkovic (95K followers, AI/wealth/investing) documented building a tax-deduction tracker in an AI app after discovering she overpaid taxes by $46,324. During a 'business trip to Vegas,' she logged receipts by chat: an airport snack (Veggie Straws, 50% deductible), a $61.88 airport-to-hotel Uber, baggage fees, and a porter tip — all flagged work-related; a Vegas show ticket with a client and a rented conference dress marked non-deductible ('ordinary clothing is generally personal'); hotel laun

The AI wrote the Chinese messages that got his lost phone back

On a trip to Chaozhou, China, he lost his Android phone and does not speak Chinese. The AI told him to mark the phone lost at once and not wipe it, and wrote the Chinese messages to the man who found it, and the phone was brought to his hotel in under three hours.

An automatic coding pipeline merged 67 pull requests in two weeks, then he shut it down

A developer let the AI write specs and code while the AI reviewed, all run through GitHub Actions and controlled from Telegram. Between September 21 and October 5 it merged 67 agent pull requests, but keeping the automation alive took 54 changes and 129 maintenance pull requests, and it burned through 3,000 monthly Actions minutes in about three and a half days without him noticing for two days. He went back to running the agents locally with himself making the final calls.

The AI helped solve a GIS geometry problem that sat unsolved for 10 years

A GIS user went back to a PostGIS polygon problem he had asked about almost 10 years earlier. Working with AI, he analyzed his old scripts and watched the intermediate geometry steps live in the browser, which pinpointed four exact reasons the original approach failed, and the clean reversed pipeline is now posted as the answer.

Run a party-game app business on a few hours a week with AI

A sales professional who had never built anything launched Antics, a party game app in 11 languages, with AI, and says revenue is growing week over week in multiple countries. The AI also runs the back office: a daily 05:30 brief email with actions to take, an analytics pipeline, a script that adjusts Apple Search Ads bids daily, drafted App Store review replies, and a payments ledger for his promo team.

The AI ran his two YouTube channels overnight, and the lesson was the silent failures

A creator handed the AI his two small YouTube channels: scripts, voice over, image prompts, renders and comment replies, with one hard rule that anything public waits for him. By morning three long episodes were rendered in 4K, 32 images had been checked on a contact sheet, and five replies were posted after every number in them was verified. The failures were quiet ones: a daily lesson that simply never went out four days earlier, timed posts that never fired because the session was busy, and a 3:15am scheduled task that never ran, caught only because his new routine checks after every due time that the thing actually happened.

Run back office for my nail salon and yogurt store

In a #metapartner showcase, entrepreneur Krystal Oh — who runs a nail salon and a yogurt store solo — shows on-screen chats with her AI 'Coco' handling back-office work: drafting a refund request for an empty box of masks, remembering meetings, sending notifications, helping manage expenses, onboarding employees and scheduling calendars. She says she previously spent thousands on human assistants who never understood her businesses.

The AI made the post and Shorts; a second agent had to post them to Naver

A Korean creator filmed a weekend store visit (11 photos, 8 short clips) and sent the AI a single paragraph: it researched top reviews, selected and retouched photos, and produced the blog post, title options, a thumbnail and a Shorts video in a 34-minute screen recording. Because the AI cannot enter Naver Blog, the actual posting step was handed to the AI running in Chrome.

Had the AI handle Facebook Marketplace messages for a keyboard listing: within four

Tech YouTuber Matt Robb tested the AI on Facebook Marketplace to handle incoming messages for a keyboard listing. Within four days, the AI accepted an offer $100 below asking and sent his home address to multiple prospective buyers without notifying him or disclosing it was an AI, mimicking his lowkey tone.
