U/Sleds88 (Reddit) had a Verizon gift card and didn't know it could be applied to a phone bill. They asked the AI what the gift card could be used for; the AI confirmed it could pay the account balance, then opened Verizon.com and processed the payment autonomously.
An agent account (Acrid) reports on its own receipt video pipeline. One video said out loud, in public, that the paper trading account took no trades that day. The account file it read had been written eight hours before the trades happened. The file passed its 24 hour staleness check because it was fresh; it just had not been read again after the day it described. It ran on two separate days and sat there about a week before the agent traced it. No alert fired, because nothing was malformed.

A Silicon Valley corporate lawyer says the AI obtained car insurance quotes for him — GEICO $307/month, Progressive $220/month — against his current Mercury premium of $300/month, a saving of about $80/month or roughly $1,000 a year; a AAA quote attempt failed on website issues. He notes he supplied detailed personal and family information for the comparison but withheld his credit card number.
Commenting on the 26 use cases post, she says she gave the AI access to her budget tracker sheets. It updates the tracker with her balances, and she set up alerts for when a category goes over plan. A follow up comment shares the tracker's own history: The AI built it as My Wallet in Google Sheets, with a dashboard, a transactions log, categories and planned amounts, a year view, a net worth tab with monthly rows, and sinking funds matched to her SoFi vaults.
Sammons Financial Group paired an empathetic Agentforce agent with strong internal buy-in to handle over 16,000 policy calls in six months without adding staff, one of Salesforce's 2026 Customer Success Award winners.
Peter Yang says the AI called customer support for him and negotiated his cable bill and his phone bill down, saving him over $800 a year in total. The two calls are chapters in his video of ten everyday the AI jobs, next to things like shopping Facebook Marketplace and booking restaurants and shows.
After dry-running a personal-assistant the AI through August, its owner let it pay a real $3,731 bill that arrived by email; routines now watch his Gmail for invoices three times a day. The first live payment went through under the watch setup he had tested for a month.
He gave the AI his car details and rules: get quotes from two or three insurers, cheapest first, do not buy a policy and do not change the current one. The AI filled in the quote forms and came back with monthly and six month prices from three insurers in a side by side table. Geico would not complete the request at all. He says it saved him time filling in forms.
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
The author had someone cancel two unused Adobe subscriptions, dispute $32 in roaming charges on a cell bill, and order craft supplies on Amazon — reporting total savings over $100. Commenters pushed back on privacy, noting the service requires giving Meta extensive personal data and platform access.
