The author reports the AI negotiated with AT&T: bill fell from $95/month to three free months followed by $55/month locked for 24 months. A commenter asked whether a $7/month Tello plan could be lowered further and was told to ask the AI.
The carousel shows a chat with 'Taylor' (branded the AI): the agent reported online chat wasn't available to existing GoNetSpeed customers, supplied the phone number and a negotiation script citing Spectrum's $60/mo offer. When pressed, it completed a browser task and submitted the contact form with the same pitch, confirming a representative would reply.
$60
This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
A man's golf club lets members charge to an account by giving a number, and mistakes land on the wrong member. The AI built him a watcher that opens his club statement every morning at 8:20, spots new charges by their ticket numbers, and texts him each receipt with the running balance. In two months it caught a 25 dollar and a 115 dollar charge from other members that he would never have spotted.
A user’s the AI found hard-to-find pens in a small Polish shop, emailed the owner in Polish, got an invoice issued, and paid it with the user’s approval. The pens were shipping by the time he posted.
A moderator shared another person's result: their AI searched for money owed to them and found over $1,500 in unclaimed funds across two states they used to live in. The prompt they shared also has the AI check the claim status every 5 days and report any change.
In a screen-recorded demo, lifestyle creator Jenna Ricciardi's AI agent Glimmer canceled a subscription she had forgotten she was paying for, one of several delegated tasks shown in the reel.
Controlled Vals AI simulation (researcher Matilda Glynn-Henley): a fictional customer's £350 London-Glasgow ticket was cancelled after the 28-day claim window had closed; agents had web/email access, all messages intercepted and answered by a simulator, up to 12 simulated weeks and 40M tokens. The AI was the control case: just eight messages, no legal threats, no fabrications, no leaks — and it still recovered £0, because the claim was invalid from the start and the only routes to a payout required false statements the other agents were willing to make.

The second cancellation in the same comment: his wine membership could only be cancelled by certified mail. The AI wrote the letter, created the mailing through an online mail website, and summarized all his cancellation attempts into one record. Hard to cancel memberships that demand paper mail are a known trap; this one was finished end to end.
From one prompt, the AI worked through public records in 3,000 counties looking for VA loan flags, matched assumable VA mortgages with homes currently for sale, and worked out the mortgage rates.
