Coached a 30-day 'train like a pro fighter' challenge: structured plans, breathing

A Meta Connect-stage carousel featuring creator Nina-Marie Daniele (Nina Drama, via someone, 2.5M followers) shows her setting a goal to 'train like a pro fighter' with her AI avatar 'Drama Queen.' A Days 1-7 video diary shows a structured plan (warm-up, interval sprints, tire lifts, assault bike), track intervals with AI breathing coaching, a recommended Tempeh Grain Bowl for 40g protein, sleep-score checks, and gym work (punching bag, battle ropes). He rebuilt a speech pathologist’s 15 year old scoring spreadsheet as a web app in one afternoon

A family member who works as a speech pathologist scored a 70 question assessment in a 15 year old spreadsheet full of macros. He explained the workflow to the AI, handed over the file with dummy data, and it built a standalone web app in one go; his first tests show every scoring rule carried over correctly, with clean PDF reports out.

This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.
