My agent joined my home server over Tailscale and set itself up as my homelab control point

He joined the AI’s cloud computer to his Tailscale network and gave it SSH access to a restricted user on his home Ubuntu box. After a series of proceed replies from him, the AI set the rest up itself. It can now run commands and browser work through his own hardware, and he uses it as the control point for his homelab: Docker, VMs, his NAS and Proxmox. The setup uses a dedicated non sudo user and SSH keys, with no open ports.

The AI uploaded my last 390 images for me

She uploaded the first 10 images by hand, adding each prompt as alt text. Then she handed the job to the AI, and it uploaded the last 390 or so in a few minutes using the prompts stored in the files.

'Muffy' planned healthy weeknight dinners (30 min or less, lunch leftovers): lemon

Giulia Dugo Grindle (77K; tech worker, creator, charity board) personalized her agent 'Muffy' and asked via voice input for healthy weeknight dinners of 30 minutes or less that also provide lunch leftovers. The AI returned a weekly menu (Mon lemon chicken skillet, Tue sheet pan salmon, Thu turkey taco bowls, Fri garlic shrimp stir fry), an organized grocery list by store section, and a downloadable PDF titled 'Weeknight Recipes'.

New-dad assistant 'Atlas': planned 4-day workouts synced to calendar, found and ordered

New dad Crawford Collins (verified, 1.1M) personalized his agent as 'Atlas'. Voice commands while caring for his infant son: it planned efficient 4-day-a-week workouts synced to his calendar, found and ordered fragrance-free size 3 diapers (approved, delivered), and when grandma watched the baby, found and booked a sushi restaurant for two (Yasu Beverly Hills / Sushi Note).

The AI recovered his 1990s Amiga files from a broken archive and his old BBS is back online

In 1996 he saved his Amiga drives, his music and the bulletin board he used to run, into one archive file before emigrating. The archive was corrupt and years of repair attempts failed. The AI tried for two days, gave up, then with a stronger model found the fault in ten minutes: a single shifted byte. Every file came back intact. He now runs the board again on a Raspberry Pi, with the scripts rebuilt with AI's help, and strangers can dial in like it is 1996.
