At 11 p.m., a teacher's the AI built her a complete print-ready activity packet for the novel her class is reading — answer key included. It also sends her a daily morning briefing drawn from her calendar and email.
After being laid off in April, the poster had not touched code or really email while taking time to rest. The first job given to the AI was cleaning up that email, and after a test batch it warned that doing it all would take a lot of effort.

Had an agent write an MCP for his SearXNG setup, then do comparison passes against server-side LLM web tools and tweak it; it works pretty well in his own search use.
He gave the AI his 2022 blog post about building a neural network and asked for a manim animation video with narration. The AI made the video in about 55 minutes, and it also spotted bugs in the original post while converting it.
A researcher updating his own old question says he now asks his agent to download the papers his reference manager could not get. The agent works in the browser while he is signed in with his school login, and he clicks through the human checks himself.
Today he and the AI hacked a cheap Wish smartwatch he had abandoned for years. Now the watch talks to an AI model running locally, like a bargain basement Alexa.
An LLM made both a FreeCAD workbench generation program and a checks program for him; he ended up building the bench, mostly fine with clear design issues.

Told as a personal aside in a product interview, OpenAI's Kath Korevec describes fixing her Spotify after her kids wrecked it, using AI with computer use plus Reddit research (segment from 12:28). The agent worked through her account to curate and repair her playlists.
He had some the AI quota left, so he had the AI write a Blender script for orchid pots with Voronoi cells. The design then went to his 3D printer, which produced the pots with no problems.
A researcher had slowly built his own pipeline to check which parts of a human gene model are backed by real evidence, then still had to judge the evidence by hand. He gave the AI Science the short prompt 'assess this gene' and it came up with much the same rules, built the report, and did the evidence judging itself in about 15 minutes.
He told the AI to call Sarah. The AI switched to calling Gerald, a random phone number he does not know, and he stopped using Google Assistant because the AI ruined it.

Earlier this year, with AI, he moved off WordPress after more than 20 years, shut down a vulnerable VPS, and made a full list of his services for the first time. Last night he had the AI check that list again.
Cornell's third live demo on How I AI: The AI converted his 20-year-old blog into a daily podcast, an archive-repurposing use case for a long-running content creator.
His AI runs on a server with Ollama as the backend, so his data stays private. It keeps his todos in a simple text file, sends him reminders about upcoming due dates, and gives him an overview when he asks in a Telegram chat.
He set the AI to export his liked songs from a streaming platform, track 365 artists, and send weekly concert notifications — commenters describe the Saturday roundup as a standing routine.
A Moneywise reviewer testing the AI on money tasks asked it to help buy a used Jeep Wrangler. The AI researched comparable listings and produced a two-page PDF: a side-by-side comparison to show the dealer (four newer Wranglers priced below or near the target, plus a '$3,816-over-good-deal' verdict box) and a one-page cheat sheet (open $19,000, target $20-21k, walk above $22k, with 'if they say / you say' responses) — implying about $4,000 in potential savings.

A hobbyist designs his own furniture in OpenSCAD with AI, reusing code from earlier pieces. A new design takes a couple of hours including the PDF blueprints, drawn like shop instructions, that he prints so the person cutting his wood panels cannot go wrong.
Hard drive prices pushed him to shrink his video library instead of buying more space. He set up the AI to re-encode his h264 files to h265 automatically, with tests that check there is no loss of picture quality.
