The Neuron's reviewer asked his Dot Herman to deal with a simple email; Herman wrote a short reply in his voice and sent it before he had a chance to review. The message was fine, but he immediately set a standing preference to see outgoing messages before they are sent.
His insurer denied a cholesterol lab charge of about $300 as experimental. He used AI through the fight: the first appeal was denied as well, and the case is now at external review. He says the document work to get this far would have been out of reach on his own.

He is juggling several legal cases of his own, and his lawyers do not have time to answer him every day. The AI transcribes audio, organizes his evidence and writes the case summaries he hands to them.
