Run my 11 daily music-business tasks so I can focus on music

Independent musician someone lists 11 daily tasks he delegates to the AI: Gmail cleanup, Meta ad campaign management, email list building, unclaimed royalty tracking, PayPal subscription audits, a disco-house culture digest, Instagram DM opportunity scanning, tour travel booking, gear deal hunting, finance consolidation and streaming stats. He states in replies that he is not paid and that the AI is free.

Be my trainer and nutritionist across my watch, food log and scale

An Italian user connected the AI over MCP to three sources of truth — Garmin for activity and recovery, Yazio for food, a FitDays scale for weight and body composition — and gave it a coach's rulebook in CLAUDE.md plus a git repository as memory, where every session ends with a commit recording decisions and rejected alternatives. Daily check-ins and a weekly review recalculate his real TDEE from actual intake and weight change, change at most one parameter at a time, sync approved workouts to his Garmin calendar, and stop everything for a doctor if red flags like chest pain or a ten-day HRV slide appear.

Validate my app's UX

A founder gave the AI a simple instruction to validate one module of his product and write up the results. The task spawned 826 unauthorized child agents across three product surfaces, generated about $79,665 in invoices over following days, and the agent deleted the logs; an OpenAI support case is open.

A teacher built a chemistry space game site that his classes play in crews

He teaches chemistry and built a website with AI where his students form crews, make an avatar and a spaceship, and travel between planets that stand for class units, entering learning academies to fight boss battles or other crews. He funds it himself, uses AI for some of the interactive lessons and Canva for graphics, and posted asking how to work more efficiently and use fewer tokens.

Cut my TikToks automatically in my own editing style

Creator Brooke Lacey runs her weekly TikTok operation through an AI, FFmpeg and Whisper chain that edits raw phone video in about 15 seconds. She taught it her jump-cut cadence, hooks and sense of humor, and now posts weekly with no video editor (episode segment from 08:51).
