Manage my bulldog's vet care — appointments, budgets and research

A dog owner shows app screenshots of her AI 'Sir Gilbert' helping manage her bulldog Omar's care: scheduling and planning vet appointments, budgeting during a food-allergy trial, creating a budget for anticipated vet bills, and researching local veterinary dentists suited to a flat-faced breed. She frames it as offloading the scheduling, budgeting and service-finding so she can focus on her dog and baby.

Received two hotel price-drop alerts and rebooked to save $17 and $30

Threads creator John Lam (posting as someone) used an AI hotel price-monitoring setup that sent two alerts when rates dropped on existing reservations, including a Hyatt stay; he rebooked to save $17 on one and $30 on another without manually checking prices. The post includes an AI referral code, so the account leans promotional.

Automated daily job searching: uploaded his resume into AI with a detailed

Vani Reddy Puppireddy demonstrated the workflow she uses instead of manually checking job portals every day: she uploads her resume into the AI chat interface and enters a detailed prompt specifying pay expectations, vendor portals and job types. Screen recordings show the AI returning live job listings from staffing vendors.

Found three kids' bikes on Facebook Marketplace, confirmed 16"/20" sizes, and offered

Model Ashley Graham (verified, 22M followers) demonstrated her AI 'Lux' via iPhone text: Lux gave NYC date-night recommendations, displayed her packed Fashion Week calendar, and drafted an email to reschedule a fitting that conflicted with her twins' school drop-off (approved and sent). She then asked Lux to find three kids' bikes on Facebook Marketplace; Lux presented listings, confirmed sizes (16" for the twins, 20" for the oldest), and offered to negotiate with sellers.

Edit my 90-minute tennis match down to just the points

Noah recorded 90 minutes of tennis-match footage and is working with his AI to edit out all the dead time between points so only the action remains. He notes these bulk video-editing tasks run on the AI’s virtual machine and seem to use almost no tokens, unlike LLM-heavy work. The edit was still in progress in the video.

This only partly worked. Worth knowing before you try it.

His tool reads the school emails and tells them what to pack the night before

He built a tool that reads the emails from his kid school and activities, swimming, music classes and scouts. It adds everything to their shared calendar, sends a WhatsApp message the day before reminding them what to pack in his school bag, and tells them what is on the lunch menu so they do not cook the same thing for dinner. He says the morning scramble is gone and the head space is back.
