Sell my house to friends on an AI-written contract

Mentioned in passing in a thread about an unlisted offer: the sellers' friends bought their house as-is on a contract the buyer had the AI write up - no agents, no lawyers - and the title company told them it was the smoothest deal she had ever handled.

A semester of lectures turned into an hour long animated recap video

He downloads all his lecture slides and feeds them into NotebookLM for an audio overview. A pipeline then transcribes the audio, has the AI write a timed spec, uses AI Design for the animations and the AI for the filler content, then renders and stitches everything into an hour long recap of the whole semester.

Angel Almenarez Jr. posted screenshots of an AI-generated workout tracking page built by the AI: 'DAY 1 UPPER PUSH' with exercises (Chest Press 4x8-10 Machine 120 LB, Incline Press 3x10-12 Dumbbell) plus an ACTIVE TRAINING BLOCK (Week 1, Week of Sep 21, BUILD phase) with a 4-day split (Upper Push, Lower Quads, Upper Pull, Posterior Chain) for logging weights and charting progress.

Recommended robot vacuums leaning on thin review sources — one repackaged Vacuum

Fast Company's Pete Pachal asked his AI 'Jones' which robot vacuum to buy. The AI reinstalled our whole 16 node cluster. It is live now.

He spent 4 weeks designing and testing an upgrade of their 16 node HPC cluster with AI, and the AI then did the full reinstall itself. The reinstall covered remote install, network booted images, Slurm setup, a shared filesystem, and web services that give their users a small cloud platform.
