Put every school email date on the family calendar automatically

Gaby Hersham built a nightly automation in which the AI reads the roughly 20 school emails her family gets each week and adds the important dates to the family calendar, ending the manual trawl through newsletters and PDFs.

How it works

School emails arrive all week
Nightly the AI run reads them
Extracts dates and deadlines
Adds events to the family calendar

Why it’s worth knowing

It targets the most boring inbox there is — school mail — and quietly converts it into calendar events every night.
