His agent watched swimming lesson openings and booked one for his son when a spot appeared

Booking swimming lessons for his son sat on a man's task list, pulled from his email by the AI. The AI watched lesson availability on its own and booked a suitable lesson as soon as one became available.

How it works

  1. The AI pulls the booking task from his email into his task list
  2. He leaves the task with AI
  3. The AI monitors lesson availability
  4. When a suitable lesson opens up, it books it

Why it’s worth knowing

The booking happened while the task just sat on his list. The agent watched a full class and grabbed the opening itself.
